Quick Facts About From Tip To Toe Nail Salon
From the comments provided, it is clear that From Tip To Toe Nail Salon has both strengths and weaknesses. In terms of strengths, customers appreciate the speed of service and the quality of work provided by a nail technician named Q. They also highlight the salon's relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and decor. Additionally, some customers had positive experiences with their pedicures and full sets.
However, there are also several weaknesses that have been identified. One recurring issue is the lack of attention to detail and failure to meet customer requests. In one instance, a customer requested a specific nail design, but received chunky and sloppy acrylic nails with a plain white snowflake instead of a glitter snowflake. This indicates a lack of skill or attention from the nail technician. Another customer complained about a $30 up-charge for adding gems to two toes during a manicure, which they felt was unreasonably high. This suggests a potential issue with pricing transparency and fairness.
Negative experiences were also mentioned by customers who had their natural nails damaged during the removal of dip powder. This indicates a lack of proper technique or training by the nail technician. In addition, the application of dip powder was described as improper and the filing of the nails as crooked. These issues highlight a potential lack of expertise and skill among some of the salon's staff members.
The salon's handling of customer complaints is another area of weakness. One customer mentioned severe anxiety and expressed feeling bad and wrong for complaining. This suggests a potential lack of comfort in addressing issues with the salon's staff. Furthermore, another customer stated that their sister had to call and complain about her nails, which discouraged them from doing the same. This implies a lack of proactive customer service and conflict resolution on the salon's part.
Price may also be a weakness, as one customer mentioned their dissatisfaction with the cost of a shellac nail service. This suggests that pricing may be perceived as high or unjustified by some customers.
In conclusion, while From Tip To Toe Nail Salon has received positive feedback regarding the speed of service, the quality of work done by a specific technician, and the overall atmosphere of the salon, there are several weaknesses that have been identified. These include issues with attention to detail, failure to meet customer requests, potential problems with pricing, lack of expertise and skill among staff members, and a need for improvement in customer complaint handling. Addressing these weaknesses would likely contribute to a more positive overall customer experience at the salon.

I requested shorter square matte pink nails with a glitter white snowflake design. The nails are chunky the acrylic is awful the acrylic was all over my fingertips and it's all under the fingernails it's sloppy it just looks awful the design was so simple and the two people I went with design was way harder than mine so idk why mine ended up so bad. the nails are shiny the snowflake is plain white with no glitter it is not at all what I asked for other than the color. Me being non-confrontational of course just went along with it and said they looked good I was almost in tears and I've been crying over my nails for 2 days I wasted money they look awful they're actually embarrassing because the two girls I went with got nails and they look amazing. Being 9 months pregnant it did not help my confidence and I at this point wish I would have said something but I just went along with it and still tipped $15 for the absolute worst set of nails I've ever received there. And I know that they knew how bad they were. I just didn't want to say anything because I have severe anxiety and I feel bad and wrong for complaining and then my sister ended up calling and complaining about her nails so I didn't even bother to call after that because then it would have just looked like I was seeking something or I don't know and I actually really like this business but this was the worst experience I've ever had with them and I wish I would havent gotten them done because now I'm stuck with ugly nails on my hands. And I wanted to add a pictures but can't figure out how.
The only nail salon I go to in Cheyenne. Q is speedy and does fantastic work on my acrylic nails. Great pedicures and waxing services.
They are so good! I love this salon.
Was able to get a walk in appointment for a pedicure. Place was well decorated and very relaxing. Staff is super friendly and were just amazing all around. 10/10 would recommend!
I got a gel pedicure and nails were not buffed out, then they added $30 to a $60 manicure to put gems on two toes. $30 up-charge does not seem right.
I loved this place! Haven't found a decent pedicure in Cheyenne but tip to toe was amazing! Got a full set too and I'm so happy with it. Definitely recommend!
Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Let me take you through my horrible experience. I arrived with dip powder on my natural nails I only wanted to change the color and one nail had lifted due to me being in the pool to long. My dip powder-lessnail still had it length and structure. The nail tech started to removed my top coat like Normal- removing the top coat. Then she decided she was going to take a nail tip corner (-a nail tip used in acrylic applications) to pry off the dip from my natural nail. She torn a few of my natural nails due to the fact that this is not how you remove anything from a natural nail bed! So now all my nail were different lengths and extremely damaged from the prying. She improperly applied the dip powder on my nails and filed them all crooked. It took everything I had to not flip my lid. I am so mad at myself for allowing her to do this to nails. Please learn from My mistake and stay clear of this horrible establishment. How could the owner allow someone who had no clue what they are doing do ruin people’s nails. I definitely will do what ever it takes to have these employees investigated, there is no way she knows what she is doing.
This is the shellac nails, two days post nails. It cost about $35. They did a great job. We made an appointment, 3 of us, and 2 of us starter within 10 minutes of being there. Our other person was about 15 minutes behind. Overall it was a good experience.
