The customer service is absolutely terrible. I have gone twice in the past 3 weeks and I was very disappointed. First the woman I had doing my nails refused to cut them to the length I wanted and then finally did and started moaning and groaning about it. After that my nails on one had were a completely different size than the other hand. Today I went and some misunderstandings happened so I decided to leave instead of getting my nails done and 3 employees approached me and tried to make me stay and created an embarrassing situation. The nails they do are OK but the customer service is not worth it????????????
Went and got my nails done and it was a nice place I wanted my nails a certain way and well they got it half right, I also had my eyebrows done and it was extremely awkward considering they do it right in front of everyone I thought that was very odd , all in all the prices were very good ????
Cuticles flaky and bleeding after. I’ve been here multiple times but the woman who did my nails this time appeared to be in a rush and it was super painful. She kept digging her own nails into my skin, yanking on my hands and pushing the drill into my nails until it burned.
I kept flinching and saying “Ouch!” and it never got better. No tip. Might not ever go back. It was the woman who works from the last station on the left, closest to the nail polish wall.
Tech wouldn’t talk to me, would not even say, “Hi.” No eye contact, I tried smiling at her. Would not answer my questions. Didn’t even acknowledge them, just ignored me. I couldn’t tell her what I wanted because she ignored me! Seemed mad. Was told she didn’t speak English by someone there. But she spoke very clear English to be rude to me when I didn’t understand the detail of the service and if I wanted a manicure-The Only thing she answered after I asked twice. Odd.
I was told that “I was all set” by a guy there, kept saying it repeatedly in a way that just wanted to Shoo me out and shut me up as I tried to explain to him what happened, I said “I have 2 toes bleeding”, he didn’t care to even look at them. I sat in my car DUMBFOUNDED! NEVER again.
I really like how my nails came out. It took a little over a hour for my fill but my nails had grown out quite a bit. They really take care of the cuticles and the woman did 3 layers of color. They have a great variety of colors & dips. This was my 1st time so it is only a 4 star rating but i look forward to going back for another fill.
I went in for a dip powder manicure and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. I had to wait 30 minutes before they started on my nails and they had me keep my nails in a bowl of acetone for the 30 minutes I waited, my skin was very irritated afterward. The manicurist left a pretty big gap between the dip powder and my cuticles, barely shaped any of nails and the edges looked really messy. It was already chipping 2-3 days later. If I'd had time that day I would have asked them to fix it but I'd already been there for an hour and a half.
So disappointing! I made an appointment with Nancy for a fill at noon with a pedi to follow. Waited a half hour and finally got in for a pedi and then got my fill from cranky Nancy who couldn't be bothered to do what I requested and spent more energy yelling at the male employee who upset a client who complained about his service, stating that she would never come back. I'm with her! I will never go back. ????
I was there for a first time costumer. And they tried to charge me more for the service. And I said I only need the basic pedicure.
