Quick Facts About TopLine Nails

TopLine Nails place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's analyze them below:
Strengths: 1. Excellent Nail Art: Sherri, a technician at TopLine Nails, was praised for her ability to replicate a picture reference accurately. This highlights the skill and talent of the technicians at the salon.
2. Positive Experience: Several customers mentioned having wonderful experiences at TopLine Nails. They expressed satisfaction with the overall service and loved their nails. This indicates that the salon consistently delivers good results.
3. Glow in the Dark Nails: One customer specifically mentioned that they loved their nails being glow in the dark. This unique offering sets TopLine Nails apart from other salons and adds a fun element to their services.
Weaknesses: 1. Miscommunication and Pricing: A customer complained about a miscommunication regarding the pricing for gel color and powder. They felt that it was false advertising and that the service they received was not worth the price. This indicates a need for better communication and clarity about pricing.
2. Rude and Unprofessional Behavior: Several negative comments highlight instances of rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff at TopLine Nails. One customer mentioned being treated poorly when complaining about their nail lifting. Another customer experienced unprofessional conduct when the technicians spoke in their language and exhibited a bad attitude. These incidents reflect poorly on the salon's customer service and professionalism.
3. Lack of Cleanliness and Sanitation: A customer mentioned that the salon could use a deep cleaning and that new or sanitized tools were not used during their manicure. This raises concerns about the salon's hygiene practices and adherence to sanitation standards.
4. Lack of Comfort: Another customer commented on the lack of comfort provided during their pedicure. They mentioned the absence of a foot leg rest block and the failure to dry their legs and feet after the service. These factors indicate a lack of attention to customer comfort and basic amenities.
5. Refusal to Accept Feedback: A customer noted that the owner of TopLine Nails, who was also an employee, refused to accept constructive criticism. This suggests a lack of willingness to improve and address customer concerns.
Overall, TopLine Nails has strengths in terms of nail art expertise and positive experiences. However, the salon faces weaknesses in terms of miscommunication, rude behavior, lack of cleanliness, discomfort for customers, and an unresponsive attitude towards feedback. Addressing these weaknesses and improving customer service, communication, and hygiene practices would be beneficial for the salon's overall reputation and success.

Sherri, I think her name was… did such an amazing job. Almost exact translation of the picture reference i had.
I've been here twice over the last 2 years (lived out of state) and both times I've had a wonderful experience & loved my nails. I especially loved them being glow in the dark!!
I walked in asking for gel color, she suggested powder instead of gel, she said 20 but apparently she “meant” 20 for powder and 20 for the color, which I personally think is false advertising, anyway I agree to pay cuz I hate fighting but please explain this to me, why this awful manicure is 45 bucks ? They look like toe nails!!! Awful service please don’t go there
I have been going to this nail shop for years and today I walked in there and told the man that my nail lift it up I was just there the day before and spent over $100 for me and my daughter he got rude and mad I will never go there again
The salon could use a deep cleaning, he definitely didn't use new or sanitized tools during my manicure BUT my nails look great also don't be looking for a hand or arm massage.
????‍♀️ It's a salon in the yak what do you expect.
IT'S NOT FAIR THAT I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR THEY DESREVE NEGATIVE -100 STARS! I told the clerk what I wanted and he pretended to understand however, when it was time to cut my nails to length generally they will demonstrate how long however, he just cut them and got upset when I stated that was the wrong length and begin to rip the nail off handling my hand roughly. The also, got upset when I asked fro Pink tint polish and said NO! I said excuse me I want Pink again he said NO! I asked him why do you have an attitude because I want my nails done the way I like them? Then a female clerk stated "He don't understand you! I said but, thats no reason to have an attituide? Also,He understood enough to say NO! She then had an attitude and they both begin speaking in their language. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER RETURN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND BUSINESS ETHICS.
So my regular nail tech at my regular nail shop was out today so my niece recommended we try here because she had been here in the past, so i decided to give them a try. BIG MISTAKE, if i could give them no stars i would. I requested a pedi and a full set of gel. The guy asked if i want shellac i said no i just want regular polish on my toes and the same color for my nails, he kept insisting i do shellac and i kept saying no, so he finishes my feet and starts my nails, i asked to make sure he was using gel powder he said yes, again asked if i wanted shellac i said no he said the polish on my toes was shellac i said why i said no! Anyway he then polishes my nails and kept putting in front of the little fan, so i asked where is the gel coat and the uv light???? He looked at me like i was crazy and said u wanted regular polish. I said yea but this is gel so u supposed to use the gel coat and the uv light...he had no idea what i was talking about. He had to take off the polish and redo it, then started again with no polish just the clear gel polish on my bare nail so again i said where was the polish he asked if i wanted color.... I don't really know what was happening here i was just confused, he had no idea what he was doing. So he redid it with color and made me wait before he added the gel coat, i had to ask someone else to polish my nails so i could go and the end result are in my pics, very disappointed with this place would never go back. I guess you have to go to the right person here because i heard some do good but the person i had, no one explained to him what gel nails are..smh waste of money
You only get one chance to make a first impression. Living in multiple states with a range of personalities, cultures and race one thing I have always noticed is that when a customer is valued the treatment is held high. This place did not care for their customers. I observed how one cutomer requested during her pedicure to cut down her toe nails and the worker said NO- it looks good like this. Well excuse you worker, whose feet were you working on? Who is paying your salary? I also obsered how this place is not up to date with comfort for the customers feet. They had NO foot leg rest block to make the foot scrub more pleasant. The basic service for this one customer ended with a wet hot towel and telling him he was done! WHAT??? you don't dry the customers legs/feet? You didn't even ask if his toes needed clear polish! The worst worst experience was asking who was the owner.....and the owner was the same employee that did not dry the client's feet! She refused to give her name and sadly refused constructive criticism. I am all for foreigners to come to the land of the free and become a business owner to serve and grow in the land of opportunity but keep yourself humble. If it is not for your clients patronage you would be no one! I will never give you my hard earned $25 for your poor service. I have received better service from a window cleaner on the corner street with his smile and God bless you!
