I've been going to Twilight Nails for 27 years! Dianna is my go-to girl ???? She does amazing work. I love her and the whole gang that works there.
They didn’t clean under the nails, the cuticle wasn’t cut, and my nails were cut uneven and way too short. The tools weren’t sanitized and I am seriously considering reporting them to the health department for not cleaning their tools. They charged me 30 dollars for it even though their sign said 8.
I can't believe this nail business. Twilight Nail literally hung up on me. They refused my business with no explanation. I've be calling Hana since Tuesday and never returned my call.
So I directly called yesterday to the owner or the lady that runs the business said Hana would call me back and haven't heard from her.....so I call today and told the owner I haven't heard from Hana and suddenly I heard alot of talking in there language and she hung up on me. Called back several times and they will not answer.
This totally is rude and I'm a paying customer and shouldn't
be treated in this matter.
I wonder if other individuals have been treated this way.
I'm an American and I think Twilight Nails has forgotten how they've become successful but it's not because of their customer service.

You've been disrespectful towards me and refused to service me for no absolute reason and worse of all your owner or manager is condoning this behavior.......so unprofessional. I don't know if you know the meaning of professionalism but you might want to take the time to learn how to treat customers.

I love the work they do. I've been going there for 10 years now.
I went on Nov 15 paid 25$ for this it's cheap and all but they came out horrible and bumpy and now the gel powder is literally lifting up definitely not coming back the lady kept messing up and she cut my cuticle with the nail filer machine and it started to bleed .!!

Long long wait time. However the price is right and service is ok... I don't like getting my pedicure done at the same time I'm getting a full set of nails though it makes it awkward to sit and be comfortable when a pedicure is supposed to be relaxing.
I get my nails done by Danny for over 15 years his the best, never hurt me, love their prices.
