This place is so incredibly unsanitary, they continuously pass the tools back and forth between customers, never cleaning anything. None of the pedicure tubs are lined. The lady cut my toenails way too short and rounded them out, causing an ingrown toenail. The lady doing my pedicure was more interested in playing on her iPad than doing her job, 3 of us went together and started our pedicures at the same time, we all paid for the deluxe package and mine was finished in less than 15 minutes meanwhile my friends got the service they paid for while I sat and waited for them.
Beware! So many bad reviews over several years show a pattern of bad service!
Went in for the first time yesterday. The technician put me in a chair but refused to let me move the chair back so that I wasn't uncomfortable or turn the massage function on. Then she proceeded to try and give me my manicure while I was sitting in the pedicure chair she was rude. She was physically insensitive. She smacked my hand on more than one occasion to get me to do what she wanted. When she nicked my cuticle and made me bleed I decided I would not stay for the pedicure. I tried to get up, and she actually put the arm back down.. I walked out with wet feet having paid $15 for that abuse. Obviously no tip. It was well worth the $65 someplace else to be treated with care rather than destain. The picture is of the culprit. Stay far far away from her
I have been coming here for the last 2+ years, every 3 weeks or so and would do the same thing. I get a manicure and then the next visit I just get a gel color change. Last night was the last time I will be stepping into this establishment. He did a TERRIBLE job painting my nails and all because he was greedy and wanted to get done with me quickly to move on to someone else. LITERALLY DID NOT EVEN LET ME PUT MY HANDS TWICE UNDER THE LIGHT TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE DRY PROPERLY. After expressing my dissatisfaction I get told that " I get what I pay for" ??? $18.00 for a gel color change & it looks like an 4 year old did it.
I had an amazing experience at US nails! Clean environment! The staff was very professional and nice! The prices are amazing and their work is beautiful! I highly recommend their services!!!!
Went in today for a fill, I had already taken the polish off and reshaped my nails myself (from square to stiletto) because I didn't want there to be an up-charge (I'm cheap). My nails looked really nice when they were done, but they up-charged me $2 anyways for no apparent reason. My nails are pretty long, which a lot of times salons will charge more for when getting a full set but all I got was a fill?
Used to go here often prior to pandemic. Brought my daughter with me recently… my nails are mis shaped, asked to have them shorter and squared, didn’t happen and polish five days later is peeling off. I won’t be back.
The last few times I've gone in the service has been bad. I get pedicures occassionally and the last two times even with waiting the polish has come right off after 30 minutes of dry time. They also seemed to think a disability I had was funny and that's not the first time I've seen them laugh and make fun of customers and not in a nice way. I don't think I'll be back again.
Great service. I went in to get my nails done and saw the did brow waxing. I love my nails and my eye brows.
