I get my nails done here all the time. The owner Vivian is always very nice and she always does my nails very well and they always look nice. Vivian’s mother does the pedicures and she always does a very thorough job and my toes always look nice afterwards.
$55 for a simple mani-pedi NO GEL! First thing I did was show the owner Vivian, a picture of desired style, natural nail with a ombré color. Owner said “okay, no problem. You want gel?” I said no gel, and explained further my preference for a natural nail. Pedicure was good, done by an elder woman. When it came time to my manicure, Viv did nothing but roughly file and cut my cuticles, again Viv asked me “Gel?” I clearly stated “No gel.” She reached for the gel polishes that were on the wall behind her station. AGAIN I told her again I didn’t want gel and wanted the polish I picked out. She did such an awful attempt on the ombré, that I had to say just all one color. She rushed me out her chair when I was drying them on the fan. As soon as I get in the car, ruined a nail. This manicure is not good and hugely overpriced. Uneven nails, uneven color, bubbles, cuticles look a hot mess, terrible customer service from the owner. Never coming back.
Went with my sister here- they were nice, but there wasn't much communication unless you spoke up for yourself. My sister (the green nails) wasn't asked what she wanted for her pedicure, and I spoke up for what to do with her nails. Her set costed $95 and mine was $60. Our nails have a few mistakes along the edges and our ring fingers were meant to be an ombre type but it did not turn out that way, nor were we asked if it was alright to not do an ombre look. My mom had her toes done as well, which were painted holographic (which isn't even the color she wanted), and when she went to pay, she was told it was $90. For her toes, because they were holographic.
Went with my mom, we had appointments for pedicures while I’m visiting her for the holidays. The lady kept asking if we wanted manicures but we said we had things to do and she told us we would both be done in an hour and a half with manis and pedis. We picked a beautiful cat eye style that we really love still. The lady that seemed like a manger or owner was very nice. (She did my manicure but the polish is not covering the whole nail, there’s big spaces missing polish.)
However, it seemed like they had not enough skilled staff to compete our appointments as it took two and a half hours to get them done. The lady that did my pedicure was this very sweet older woman. Unfortunately, it was pretty terrible. Clumpy, gel polish all over my toes and cuticles and the cat eye style was applied sloppily, my nails were so uneven trimmed and filed, it looked like a child did them. No massages or warm towels or hot stones or anything they say they offer for the pedicure or manicure, they didn’t even have me wash my hands after buffing or anything. My gel manicure is already wearing off 3 days later… I had to go home later and soak my feet so I could clean up all the polish on my skin and piled up in the corner of my nail and refile them. They didn’t seal the tip of the nail… it wasn’t ideal. ESPECIALLY for the price to last three days when I could have done them better at home. The prices you have should reflect your work. In my opinion, it was sloppy and careless work.
The best facial I’ve ever had!
This is a review on behalf of my wife she has went on two occasions first time the woman took the polish off her nails then took another person Infront of her before she finished my wife's nails. Then we just went again, clearly states walk ins welcome. Wife goes in woman says come back later this afternoon. If you advertise walk in welcome then guess what they should be welcome.. Business lost,poor customer service and rude behavior.
I went in for a pedicure and was offered a great deal on a facial and a microdermabrasion treatment… Chesa is the best! She makes you feel comfortable and I had amazing results. Highly recommend!!!!!!
