I rang up at 5.30pm and made an order for pick up at 7. We arrived at 7 and had to wait until 7.30 for the food. They told me that other people made orders in between so there was a hold up. Completely ruined our evening- and just not good enough! I can see from the reviews on here other people have experienced the same.
Really good value for money, all of the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Best Chinese takeaway I've had in a while, would definitely recommend.
I think this Chinese is the best in town never had a bad meal yet.

We are regular customers as & when we can treat ourselves. The food is absolutely fantastic. One thing we have learned. NEVER!! Call with a fairly large order! At busier time's, you will go to the back of the queue & walk in's & smaller orders will take priority. FACT! My daughter witnessed this this evening. After arriving an hour after the order as instructed they hadn't started cooking it until she made a comment. Then waited another 25 minutes, just to arrive home with the spare ribs missing from the order (paid for) Their response was, yes you can come and collect them. Simply not on. If I was running that business they would be delivered via Taxi or otherwise. It's a good job the food is so good if not they would be struggling for business. Unfortunately I think that is their attitude & I'm 100% sure I'm not the only person with this opinion?

First time we'd been here, had to wait a little while for food but after all, it was Saturday night. Well worth the wait, meal for two was absolutely delicious, thank you. Staff were friendly and polite too ???? Will definitely be back.
First time I'd been here and was very impressed. Placed looked smart and clear signs with no. of customers in at a time, staff were lovely, had to query if one dish had milk in it and they were great about it. Food was delicious, not as sweaty as some places so a definate thumbs up, will be going again!
