I have been coming here for about 2 years. I have tried many of the technicians but NO ONE compares to Miss Anna when it comes to pedicures. She is sooo thorough, takes her time with you, cut the cuticles efficiently without making you bleed like some others have done. Her massages are wonderful, puts me to sleep every time. She is the best, super sweet lady, doesn’t really speak English but does a great job. I request her every time now. Please book your pedicure with her, you won’t be disappointed.

I called and spoke to the manager, and he said I could stop by for a repair. Once I arrived, I was rudely asked for proof of service only to have the guy who did it say yeah, I remember you. He repolished my nails, and while out of town, this happened (see pics)???? My nail tech moved to Gwinnett, but I've learned my lesson and won't return. Perhaps they use cheap products. Whatever the deal, I did not recieve a quality service.

This was my first time coming to this place after looking at their IG page. Jackie did my nails and he was great! Katie did my pedicure and she was great as well. I got the jelly pedicure and it feels weird but satisfying and my feet were so soft, like butter when she was done. I will be going back for sure!
This costed me $50, I didn’t bother to get a manicure because I waited to see how my pedi would turn out first. This is not even their worse work
This was my 4th time going here. After every single visit I’ve had a bad experience, the only reason I kept going back is because they have multiple nail techs and they all can’t be bad so I’ve tried a different tech each visit. Even though I’ve been there 4 times they’d have a different person do either my nails or toes, so I’ve had at least 6 different techs doing my nails or toes. I have literally never had my mani or pedi done properly. I’ll never be going back. Way too many of them that can’t get the job done right, no matter how much I’ve directed them and have them fix it over and over. I just get annoyed every time and end up leaving unsatisfied.
Usually I love this place, but my last visit changed my views. I got a new set and a pedicure. When the nail tech came over I asked if he could do a certain style and he said yes. I even left my phone out the entire time to show him exactly how I wanted my nails done. He assured me that he could complete the task. So when it was time do start designing the nail I picked the color and he grabbed the magnet to do the crystal ball tiger eye design I asked for. He was unable to do so, so he asked a colleague for assistance. The colleague also stated that he couldn’t do it and it required a special magnet. I said okay and began to think of another style. He began the new style (French tips) but rushed through the entire process as though I had wasted his time. I had to point out multiple times that there was red polish where the clear polish needed to be. I then mentioned that I wasn’t satisfied because him rushing through the process was causing paint to be in places it shouldn’t have been. He then said “I know, I did your nails so bad. I can’t do nails”. I simply wanted him to slow down and ensure quality. After all initially I was the one lied to about a style he could not do. My nails took additional time out of my schedule and I got attitude.
I’m in love with my nails. Jenny (not sure if it’s spelled correctly) did her thing! She was a little rough but very fast and did a really good job at giving me what I wanted.
