TERRIBLE. i went in for a fill in, the fill in was terrible and bulky. I asked them to fix it, someone else fixed it. okay cool. we go to check out & they tried to charge me for a full set. I mentioned I received a fill in and she changed it to the price it was “suppose to be” I asked her did she charged me for the previous set they had to fix because I did not like them , she told me no. She then rings me up and tell me that the set was $50. I paid the $50 plus the cost for my pedicure. I then called the store after I left because that price for a fill in was not sitting right with me. I wanted to see if she was goanna tell me the same price. & she gave me a whole different price for a fill in. So she basically upcharged me for the fill because they had to redo it (which wasn’t my fault it was bad work) and they charged me for gel, and my nails are literally chipping which mean gel is not on my nails. The lady also cut me with the shaver & they filed my toe nails crooked. Very terrible service, work is absolute TRASH & they need better training .

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! the very first time I went to this establishment for a full set I had a good experience. However the two visits later they over charged me and do a trash of a job. The lady on station #2 apparently got mad because I was telling her that my fill in 10 days ago was a different price than what she was charging me. To what she answered: we just changed the prices this week and I was like but how much? It hasn't even been 2 full weeks since i was here?.(that's how you lose customers). That is not good for a business to have employees charging you different price every time you come. The worse part is the job she did. Congratulations, you just lost a customer I'm posting the pics you be the judge of the work.

This is the first nail salon I have been to that has done such a great job, I didn't have to ask much. This is what happen when you involve God even in this. Woot my goodness.

They specialize in up-charging! My daughter was supposed to have a basic acrylic set, nothing too special. She added some length and coffin shape and my bill went from $30-40 to $70! And the nails looked BASIC! Definitely my last visit.

i got my nails done last saturday (9/24) , i paid 70 dollars for this set and it did not even last a week, my index nail fell off already and two others are loose. the lady also got up to do eyebrows 3 times while doing my nails. will be going back tomorrow asking for them to fix it because i’m super disappointed.

Just love how they so sweet and nice….:.they make my wife feels so welcome not like the feeling of a Cleint but like family

I showed Ann a design from Pinterest and she matched the design perfectly. Been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Thank you to Snow as well. Always takes good care of me and knows how I like my nails without having to tell her (from cut downs, shape of them, and colors). If you’re ever in Douglasville, make sure you stop here! Thank you to the amazing staff!

Technicians both were really rough and one tech burned my legs with the hot towels. 98.00 for fill in and gel pedicure. I wanted pink and white the fill in was done poorly. I had to ask for them to paint the whole nail over because the fill looked terrible. It was cheaper the previous visit for a full set and gel pedicure. She also didnt paint my whole toe, and hardly clipped cuticles. ????????Really disappointed with this visits because they did a decent job previously. The oldest tech with the airbrush brownish eyebrows is very rough. Now I have to find a new shop. Didn't expect my day off to go so badly ????. NEVER AGAIN!!
