Quick Facts About TNT Nails

TNT Nails Place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's analyze them below:
Strengths:
1. Excellent service: One customer expressed their satisfaction with the service they received. They mentioned that their nails were done well, and the manicurist was gentle. The customer also appreciated the professional and non-rushed service.
2. Polite and attentive staff: Another customer mentioned that treating the artists well resulted in a positive experience. They highlighted the importance of being polite and not rushing the staff, which led to them getting great results on their nails.
3. Knowledgeable and experienced staff: A long-time customer mentioned that the staff at TNT Nails knows them well. They don't even need to explain what they want because the staff already knows their preferences.
4. Reasonable pricing: A customer mentioned that the pricing for acrylic nails starts at $29, which they considered to be a good price for the quality of service received. Another customer paid $43 for a cut-down, fill, and shellac nail service, and they believed it was worth the price.
5. Clean and friendly environment: One customer mentioned that the salon was clean and the staff was friendly. This indicates that TNT Nails maintains a good atmosphere, which contributes to a positive customer experience.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent pricing: Several customers mentioned that they experienced inconsistency in pricing. They received different prices for the same service on separate visits, which created confusion and dissatisfaction.
2. Rushed service: One customer complained about being rushed out of the chair before their nails were fully dried, resulting in damaged nails. This suggests that the staff might prioritize speed over the quality and completion of service.
3. Lack of attention to detail: One customer mentioned that they received inconsistent results, with their thumb nails being different lengths. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the overall quality of their service.
4. Perceived prejudice: One customer mentioned experiencing differential treatment compared to other customers. They felt that the owner was not attentive to their needs, resulting in a less pleasant experience. This suggests possible prejudice or bias towards customers of color.
5. Limited options and additional charges: A customer mentioned that there were limitations on nail designs and certain shapes. They also noted additional charges for services like shellac removal. These factors might restrict customers' choices and increase the overall cost of their services.
In conclusion, TNT Nails Place has some notable strengths, such as excellent service, polite and attentive staff, reasonable pricing, and a clean environment. However, there are weaknesses in terms of inconsistent pricing, rushed service, lack of attention to detail, perceived prejudice, and limited options with extra charges. The salon should address these weaknesses to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Best TL Reviews

I have been getting my nails done about once or twice yearly for several years now & have been here twice. After today, I will be coming back as often as I can! The man who did my nails did them so well & he was so gentle, unlike other places where they scrub until your nail beds feel raw. My nails are perfectly shaped and not thick and bulky acrylics, they are excellently done. I was greeted when I came in & the service was very professional and not rushed.
I’ve learned that if you come in, are polite and NOT rushing them, they will get you in and do wonders on your nails. I cannot recommend them enough. Treat your artists well & they will treat you back! LOVE!!!
To make a long story short; I was so disappointed with this place. Read good reviews on google before going, some bad ones too, but there were more good than bad ones. So I wanted to try them out.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.
1. My nails were way too long, even for my hand you can tell they’re too long.
2. I was rushed out of my chair before my nails were finished drying so they got messed up.
3. I was in and out in 30 minutes. In my opinion (being a cosmetologist) nails take minimum of an hour and fifteen minutes if you’re doing it correctly.
The first two pictures are what I left with. The second two pictures are what I did when I came home. Now you can’t tell me what I did to fix them doesn’t look better than what I left with?
I specialize in hair, not nails. Yes I could do my own if I wanted to but it’s not my area of expertise. I still was able to make them look 10 times better than when I left.
I usually pay 60 to 70 dollars at this nail shop and I only get an overlay and cat eye on my real nails but today he wanted to charge me $99 so I told him nevermind and walk out. I would not recommend anyone to go here .I been going here for 4 years only cause it 2 blocks from my house but today was my last day.I have ignored the guy cause he rude to black ppl and makes up higher prices so they will leave. The woman is nice but I had never met a prejudice acting Chinese man until I started going here.
I have been going to TNT nails for a while now, however I won’t go back ever again. Every time I go the prices seem to change even though I get the same exact thing every time. How does that work? They can be pretty aggressive while they work on your nails, pulling and twisting your fingers. My fingers have popped on multiple occasions due to them being so aggressive. The woman who is typically there (the owner I believe) does not pay attention to detail either. My thumb nails were two completely different lengths it was such an eye sore. Also I am a POC and have noticed a difference in treatment from other customers.. They greet, say thank you, and goodbye to other customers. Needless to say I hadn’t received the same treatment. The only reason I was going there was because it is the closest place to me, but I will make that drive for a more pleasant experience. Do not recommend TNT nails. 0/10
Today is Valentine's day and I wanted fills acrylic and pink and white. What happened to customer service. They screamed at me they don't do pink and white and to top it off there was an extra charge if I did not want my nails cut down. When a nail shop says no to everything I wanted. Then why should I spend my money there. To add to the rudeness the lady sitting right next to me was getting pink and white polish on her nails. True racism! No to people of color and yes to everyone else..
Got in right away. . . Wednesday 500ish, clean, friendly. There was a sign that said they don't do long nails.hahahaha . . Lots of add on pricing, example: $5 shellac take off ( if your getting shellac again) $10 take off if you're not getting shellac again. I paid $43 for a cut down+a fill+shellac again. Worth the price, dude was detailed oriented for sure.
I love going here! I've been a faithful customer for about 7 years! The service is amazing! They know me soooo well, I don't have to tell him what I want, he already knows! Just got a new set and airbrushing today! I get compliments on my nails all the time. Will always go there and recommend them to everyone!
It was a clean area and nice staff. As of now (1/22/22) the pricing to start for acrylics are 29$. I got my nails cut pretty short and my friend did only a millimeter longer and hers was 32$. When I asked for coffin shaped nails they said that was an extra 10$ and the only thing the 29$ came with was circle or square shaped. The type of nail polish that came with the 29$ wasn't the best to pick from but the gel looked nicer and wider variety for 10 extra dollars. You can only do plain colors, no designs. Overall, I would go again it is a good price for what you get.
