Anails used to be okay but now no one ever knows what they are doing and it is always atleast and hr before you even get serviced. On 3/1 I made my decision to stop going when I was humiliated during services. I don’t mind joking a bit but things went to far when this guy kept escalating the situation by making face gestures at my feet. John on the on the hand keeps screaming “#9” which is a more expensive foot scrub they suggested by picking at my feet. Very unprofessional!!! Most of the time my nails are shaped like brooms. I recommend Romies in Griffin ????

I sent an hit my nails done on the 15th a week later I’m having to reglue them back one… they are way to expensive to be going to! Paid 202 for a set and color!

This was our first time in there. This place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I failed to get the techs name that did my fiance's manicure, but he was awesome. This was my first time watching someone get a manicure and have nails put on. If you've never been here then go in and give them a try. I think you'll enjoy their services.

Worst experience I’ve had with a salon. Ever. I don’t generally write reviews but felt after the lack of professionalism and extremely poor customer service it was necessary. Went in to get my nails done and was greeted and sat down immediately. I then proceeded to patiently wait as I assumed they would begin shortly. During this time I saw numerous people walk out frustrated. I waited over an hour with multiple employees indicating to me it would by my turn soon. I then understood why those other individuals had left.

I decided to speak with a manager and very politely shared with her that it would be helpful if they communicated the wait time as I had been waiting over an hour and had seen others walk out frustrated and that I didn’t want them to lose business because of that.

I then saw the woman who had indicated to me about ten minutes prior that she would be serving me next had sat down with another customer! I shared that with manager as well. Unfortunately the response I got was rude and unapologetic and then she told me there were still 5 other people ahead of me. I had only seen 1 person leave with completed nails which meant I would be waiting at least another hour or more probably!

I will not be returning. I also have a gift card I am choosing not to utilize because of how deeply disappointed I am of the service.

Would not recommend! Came here to get my nails and eyebrows done. Paid for my nails and gave a tip to the nail tech. Went to the back to get my eyebrows done by a lady. After she was done I went to the front to pay her. She ran to the back to see if I paid for my nails (she was standing there when I paid) and the other two nail techs were speaking in a different language and looking at me as if I hadn’t paid already. I will not be coming back here.

I’m new to the area so I decided to try this salon. After FINALLY being acknowledged after an HOUR of waiting, I then played musical chairs! 3 different nail techs were telling me to move to different chairs, which was annoying and unprofessional. The nail tech hurt me, burnt my fingers with the tools, and did the WORST paint job I’ve ever had. 3 hours and $45.00 later, (and after the nail tech took my polish off TWICE to “fix” it), I had to leave to pick up my kids from school. I couldn’t wait to leave this place. First and LAST time I’ll EVER go here. Please, save your time AND money.

Went yesterday for lashes and brow. Young lady did great waxing my brows. On the other hand, while I was getting my lashes did the girl was placing the lashes on Wrong. I had the mirror and was telling her she was doing them wrong she did not have enough glue and the lashes were thin cheap... While in the chair my right lash came almost off. She placed more glue on my real lash!!! Ughh!! By the time I got inside Taco bell in the same parking lot really. The cashier informed me that my left lash was coming off... I was so embarrassed just got them done.. so I went back today and after arguing with the young inexperienced girl she finally added my glue and glued it on my real lash it's a gap in between the lashes and my lid... NEVER WILL I GO BACK FOR LASHES.

Such a nice relaxing business, does pedicures and nail!
