Ladies when you come here, ask for Henry!! Period!! He is a beast and he does a damn good job! The shaping is on point! I could not stop looking at my nails! I been going here for years and have neverrrrr done a review. Jimmy is also good! But he on vacation. Kim on the eyebrows as well as her mother! Anyone else in there ummmm go at your own risk is what I will say! Below are pictures of the work!! I have the mood changing color!
Went to this place with my daughter and came out more frustrated. We both went for a pedi and refill and mines was just to be painted with no designs. Nails are filed crooked and acrylic was over skin. My daughter was assisted by one of the male. She had worst experience ever. Daughters nails were not completed at all and was told not to return. Mind you she was never rude and just cuz she was advocating, (meaning asking questions) as of why they wanted to over charge her when all she needed was for nails painted since dude wanted to overcharge after asking owner trillions of times(in their language) not sure what he said to her that upset her even more to the point she decided to inform us she was not doing or finishing at all my daughters nails. I did not expect owner to make this decision specially when we kept our cool and we were always polite throughout whole process. She ended up stating there was more clientele to attend. I stated we’ve been waiting as well and it’s not our fault the guy is not doing his job and wanted to overcharge instructed by owner. Very DISAPPOINTED ????
It ok, but a bit messy I'll have to fill it down and clean my cuticle areas my self. And the acrylics are a bit bumpy not applied smoothly. Some of my nails are crooked. Though far away it looks good.
I went in get my nails done and left a tip. The next day the gel came off 3 of my toes and when I went back; the owner said gel is not guaranteed ???? what do you mean it’s not guaranteed, I paid extra for it to last at least 2 weeks.. I sat in the salon and applied the polish myself and walked out.
My first time going there they did a great job on my nails, feet,eye lashes and eyebrows. I am very pleased. Ms. Linda was very nice and welcoming as my daughter and I went there. Will be going back. Thanks
I am a Full specialists always looking to see how other nail techs liks myself work, and this place is the worst nail place i ever been too. First of all, I went in with my sister, so we came in at the same time. The owner or manager of the place decided to do my sister nails first, then when she got done she basically told me to wait another 30 min to an hour, so she can do someone else's nails then she'll do mine. I said im not waiting another 30 min to an hour cause i already waited long enough for her to do my sister. So then she sent me to her coworker which was a dude. He rushed through my nails, within not even a week most of my nails is lifting from the back. Last night, one of my nails popped off and it aint even been a full week. And i have like 4 other nails ready to pop off. I don't suggest this place at all if you want them to waste your time and money.
At the beginning when I started going I did not like it because the deal was horrible and I decided not to go anymore, then I had no choice but to return and now I love it. the treatment is very good and they treat you super well. I've been there for 3 years and it's great. a VIP service... ask for Jimmy. Table 5
