One of the best North Indian food restaurant in Southall. Wide range of menu options to choose from.
Best part it's pure Vegetarian restaurant. So definitely food heaven for Vegetarians as now a days there are not many pure vegetarian restaurants left.
Team is very friendly and great on service. Their service was fast and efficient.
Food I will say you will keep licking your fingers. Pure authentic North Indian cuisine. We had quite few dishes ordered from starters, main and dessert as we been there in large group. All food was delicious and great on test. Their portion sizes are good.
I will definitely recommend this restaurant to enjoy true test of Indian food.
First time visiting the restaurant and decided not to go again. Services was really poor. After ordering a food set for twenty five to thirty minutes Ideal. The restaurant was not overly crowded so not understanding the delays. Also the food taste was not even to the certain taste level. Definitely recommend for some change in management and working out on quality dishes.
Delicious food and great prices. Best chilli paneer I’ve ever had.
Lots of seating inside and fast service. Would highly recommend for a good authentic meal in Southall.
Visited this restaurant while searching for Vegetarian Restaurant in Southall.
Considering good ratings, had my dinner here, wherein ordered following things:
•Aalo Parantha was good in taste, had aachar with it. I had also ordered curd and found its quantity more than enough for 1 parantha/1 person. Overall happy.
•Pani Puri was okay okay. Puri/patasha are prepared with aalo, chutney etc and water is given in separate small glass. Firstly the water given was too chilled and when I ask for bit warmer, got a different and very spicey water. Overall disappointed with experience.
•Falooda was good and I enjoyed it.
In terms of ambience and service - no issues at all and was happy.
Note: Their restroom has diaper changing stand too. Good facility for those visiting with infants.
Great place to visit for an Indian snack/meal. Very helpful and supprtive staff as well as management. I tried only south Indian meal today which was up to my expectation. Will definitely go there next time to try another stuffs. Will definetly recommend.
1st time of trying Aahar and we got a takeaway for a birthday meal at home. I had high hopes but unfortunately I have to say it wasn't the best experience.
Saturday evening, rang up and was asked to hold and then had the call ended! Rang again and I'm pleased to say I received an apology when I told them what had just happened.
I asked for all dishes to be mild (it's our first time so we don't know how hot the dishes are) and was assured that all dishes are mild.
We orderd:-
Mattar Paneer, this was very oily and it was VERY HOT! You could see copious amount of fresh green chilli, so the very opposite of mild!
Chana Masala, this was well cooked and was the correct level of mild. The chick peas were soft and nicely flavoured.
Malai Kofta, this was another nice dish and the correct level of mild, it only had 2 kofta which we felt was a bit on the low side, but they were nice.
Bhindi (okra) another disappointing dish as the bhindi were chopped up quite small, the dish was very oily and had far too much fresh green chilli in it.
The chapatis were as expected, the chilli and coriander naan was nice as well, both freshly made.
So, the Matter Paneer was was so hot that it was inedible due to the chilli and the bhindi was just about edible, but just too oily and a bit too hot to enjoy.
Overall, a disappointing experience with the food.
The service was warm & friendly and when we went to collect the order the restaurant was very busy and lively.
Sad to say we won't be returning and half the meal was money wasted as we couldn't eat it.
the staff were very lovely and the food portion sizes were perfect, not to mention it was all very delicious, especially the aloo tikki chaat, and the price was pretty reasonable compared to central north-indian cuisine places
Vegetarian Indian cuisine. Menu is very standard Indian restaurants style but of excellent quality and delicious. Staff is very friendly and hardworking. Manager is a true gentleman, he not only took good care of his guests but also added complimentary icecream for kids. Only slight issue, felt little disorganised on how they were managing table allocation and payment.
