Quick Facts About All Pro Nails
All Pro Nails, based on the comments provided, seems to have a mix of strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, one recurring theme is the excellent service provided by one specific nail technician, who is described as fantastic, delivering what the customer wants quickly and efficiently, and providing satisfying massages during manicures and pedicures. The reasonable prices are also mentioned as a positive aspect, making it a good value for the money. Another strength mentioned is the great job done on ombré dip nails for a gender reveal, with the customer expressing being impressed and satisfied with the results.
However, the weaknesses described in the comments should also be considered. One common complaint is the cleanliness of the salon. One customer specifically mentions that the salon is dirty, which can be a major deterrent for potential customers. Another weakness mentioned is the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. This includes not greeting customers, making them wait, and favoring certain customers over others. The lack of professionalism and customer service can create a negative experience for customers.
In terms of the specific services provided, there are a few issues mentioned. One customer had a negative experience with getting SNS done. The technician failed to meet the customer's expectations regarding the length and shape of the nails, leading to frustration and ultimately having to leave without the service being completed. Another customer experienced nails chipping after a few days, and when they went back to have it fixed, they were made to wait for an extended period and ultimately left without assistance. These issues suggest a lack of attention to detail and quality in the services provided.
Additionally, some customers express dissatisfaction with the overall experience, such as feeling judged or mistreated by the staff. These negative experiences can significantly impact the overall perception of the salon and discourage potential customers from visiting.
Based on the comments provided, it seems that All Pro Nails may have some areas for improvement. These include addressing the cleanliness issues, ensuring consistent and professional customer service, and improving the quality and attention to detail in the services provided. By addressing these weaknesses, the salon can enhance its strengths, such as its reasonable prices and the skills of specific nail technicians, and attract more satisfied customers.
Best TL Reviews
Came in for just a regular pedicure. The women who did my nails did not like the fact that I didn’t want a gel pedicure. This place is also dirty. Loved the comment about me wearing jeans and how “they are the wrong pants to wear to a pedicure huh.” This is a cheap place of course so if that’s what you’re looking for then come here!
I recently moved to the area from the highlands. I googled nail salons near me and All Pro was super close. I read reviews and became skeptical…the past reviews weren’t spectacular and I was used to the Bardstown road salons with high ratings. But due to the convenience I decided to take a chance.
It’s definitely now my favorite nail salon. I’ve only gotten my nails done multiple times by the man who seems to be in his 20s-30s. He is fantastic. You tell him what you want and he’s delivered each time quickly and efficiently. Manicures and pedicures have been wonderful with satisfying massages, which are a big deal to me.
It may not be the fanciest or most updated salon but for the reasonable prices and great service it’s definitely worth the visit!
Overall awful experience. Context: I live in Lexington (where I generally get my nails done) and commute to Louisville for work everyday. I have an upcoming trip and thought it would be much easier to get my nails done in Louisville, during lunch, so that I would have time later today to finish packing, etc. I went in to All Pro Nails to get SNS, which I love and have been getting for two years. A friend of mine gets shellac there and referred me to Kelly, with whom I made the appointment. First process to SNS: remove/soak off the old polish. It was different but kind of cool. Second process: length and rough shape. This is where it went downhill quickly. I cut the first one to show the woman how long I wanted them; she cut and shaped the rest. They were uneven, to the point that I could really feel it with my thumb and when my nails were tip-down in the table. I mentioned it and she disagreed. This led to me moving my hands around and physically showing her. She still disagreed so we went round and round for a minute or so. She then got frustrated, said she would put tips on the short ones, said something to the woman at the front, and said that Michael would finish my nails. I was confused and asked why she wasn’t going to finish; she said that she didn’t understand what I wanted bc they were all the same. The front desk woman then came over to ask what was wrong and I explained that I just wanted them to be even; Kelly started speaking quickly to her (I couldn’t understand and it’s awful to feel like they are talking about you); and the woman said that Michael would finish bc Kelly wasn’t feeling well - she told me to move to the table in the far side. I looked at my watch and it had already been 45 minutes. I had to leave.
Overall the issue could have been easily resolved... it’s not the end of the world and should be an easy fix! It’s the way that it was handled that was terrible. So I wasted my lunch and now have an appointment at my usual place in Lexington.
Here is what my nails look like after less than a week…. this is actually amazing how cheap and poor quality these are. i would have been better off with glue on nails from walmart.
Went here to get my senior prom nails done. The nails had bubbles are over them, they punctured my finger multiple times, horrible service, nails are crooked, etc. I was the first one in the nail store and it took 2 and a half hours to leave. People who came in an hour later than me left way before I did too. The guy who did my friends nails had a complete attitude the whole time and was aggressive. I do NOT recommend ever getting your nails done here!!
Had nails done on Monday chipped by Friday. Went to have fixed which I thought would not take long since it was only one nail, but no they weren’t going to make any money off of me so they made me wait and wait and wait and so I left. I will never step foot in that place again.
Staff was rude. There was absolutely no greeting when I walked in/signed in. I wasn't told to have a seat or given a time frame. Another lady walked in, picked a color and was immediately sat at a table. I assumed she had an appointment but the appropriate thing to do would be to speak with the customer that came in first. I left without service. I don't spend money in rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional places.
Michael at All Pro Nails did an INCREDIBLE job at my ombré dip nails for my gender reveal! I am soooo impressed and he was so sweet to talk to! Will definitely be coming back again! I’ve been for a pedicure once before as well and they have great prices for long leg massages. It was a great experience both times. Thank you so much for excelling at what you guys do! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
