Quick Facts About Arabian Nites
Arabian Nites place has received mostly positive comments, with customers praising the Shisha, food, drinks, desserts, music, and friendly staff. However, there are a few negative comments as well, mentioning issues with the food, Shisha taste, service, and expensive drinks. In this analysis, we will examine the strengths and weaknesses of Arabian Nites place based on these comments.
Starting with the strengths, Arabian Nites is highly commended for its Shisha. Customers have described it as the best Shisha café they have visited in the UK and have praised the wide range of flavors available. The atmosphere and ambience of the place are also mentioned as a positive aspect, with customers appreciating the great atmosphere, lively energy, and tasteful decoration. The folding doors that open to natural light and fresh air are particularly highlighted.
The selection of food items and desserts is another strength mentioned by customers. The wide range of options and the quality of the food are praised. The friendly and polite staff also receive positive feedback, with customers appreciating their professionalism and customer service. The presence of a DJ most nights and live entertainment on weekends adds to the overall positive experience.
However, there are weaknesses identified as well. One customer mentions that the brownie with ice cream they ordered was hard to chew, indicating a problem with the quality of the dessert. Another customer complains about the drinks being expensive, specifically mentioning the price of the strawberry mojito and lime mojito, which were £6 each with no refills. This reflects a negative aspect of the pricing strategy at Arabian Nites.
Another weakness pointed out by customers is the lack of expertise in making Shisha. One customer had an issue with the taste of their Shisha, requesting a change, but receiving the same one back. This is frustrating for customers who are paying a high price for the Shisha and expect it to be made correctly. The time it takes to receive the Shisha is also mentioned as a problem, with customers having to wait for approximately 50 minutes, which is seen as poor management and lazy staff.
Furthermore, there are negative comments about the staff being rude and giving dirty looks. This indicates a problem with customer service and employee behavior. One customer even mentions that the staff seems more focused on dancing around like little school girls instead of attending to customers. This reflects a lack of professionalism and attentiveness on the part of the staff.
In conclusion, Arabian Nites place has several strengths, including the quality of its Shisha, selection of food items and desserts, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and live entertainment. However, there are also weaknesses, such as issues with the quality of desserts, expensive drinks, lack of expertise in making Shisha, long waiting times, and poor customer service. To improve, Arabian Nites needs to address these weaknesses, ensuring the quality of their food and drinks, training their staff in customer service and Shisha preparation, and improving their overall management and efficiency.

The best Shisha cafe I have visited so far in the UK . They have wide range of food items and Desserts. Music is amazing I am giving 4 stars because the brownie with icecream we ordered was hard to chew .. Brownies/ cakes are always suppose to be soft specially when it is with ice cream .
Absolutely love this place! Great Shisha, large selection of drinks and desserts, polite and friendly staff. Music is always on point as they have a DJ most nights and live entertainment on weekends. If you want a good Shisha in a nice atmosphere this is the place to go ????
Don’t know how to make a shisha, order paan & peach. Asked for 50/50 personal preference. But given a shisha that just tastes like full paan. Asked for it to be changed. Given the same one back. Within 2 minutes it was brought back to us????
. £20+ for a shisha they don’t know how to make is a joke.
Visited for the experience and a change of scenery. The energy good in there. Initially we were seated upstairs which was disappointing but before I got the opportunity to ask was given the option by a worker which was great. The dance off really was a sight to see. Highlight - The one white boy that schooled all the brown folk with his moves.
it was good experience. very expensive drinks.I got a strawberry mojito and a lime mojito. they were £6 pound each with no refills. only about 300ml.
good vibes tho. would go again.
Don’t waste your time coming here staff are seriously rude, the shisha tastes like burning coal. You rather invest your money in another place, me and my wife traveled for 2 hours and we were sat around waiting for shisha approx 50min. Poor management and lazy staff they are only interested in giving dirty looks and dancing around like little school girls. 2023 honest review don’t waste your money on this place.
Lovely atmosphere, great customer service, shisha is ok but the drinks not so much. I give it a 5 stars for the amazing ambience and staffs
Great atmosphere. Very tastefully done. The place is airy with folding doors open to natural lights and fresh air. The shisha is nice, however the service for replacing coal just needs to be improved. The team is friendly but should be more vigilant about customers in the full area rather than just concentrating in one place. Overall I would definitely recommend it
