Quick Facts About Asia Nails & Spa
Asia Nails & Spa is a nail salon that has received both positive and negative feedback from customers. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, we can examine the comments left by customers.
One of the strengths of Asia Nails & Spa is its appearance. One customer describes it as a "large and stylish salon." This suggests that the salon is well-maintained and visually appealing. This is important as customers are more likely to feel comfortable and relaxed in a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Another strength of Asia Nails & Spa is its customer service. Several customers mention that the technicians are fast and friendly. One customer even states that they were immediately tended to despite a high volume of customers. This indicates that the salon prioritizes customer satisfaction and strives to provide efficient and friendly service.
The salon also seems to be able to accommodate walk-in appointments. A customer mentions that they were able to get a walk-in emergency nail appointment. This suggests that the salon is flexible and willing to accommodate customers' needs to the best of their ability.
Additionally, customers appreciate the quality of the services provided at Asia Nails & Spa. One customer specifically mentions that their nails were shaped perfectly and not too thick or bulbous. This suggests that the technicians at the salon have good attention to detail and skill in their craft.
However, there are also some weaknesses mentioned by customers. One customer had a negative experience with a nail technician who was on the phone for the majority of the appointment. This indicates a lack of professionalism and attentiveness on the part of the technician. Additionally, this customer states that the technician did not provide a satisfactory service and that the salon refused to rectify the situation without additional payment. This highlights a lack of accountability and customer service on the part of the salon.
Another customer had a negative experience with a nail technician injuring their finger and the salon’s response to the incident. The customer mentions that the technician did not stop to properly address the injury and that the salon did not provide any discount or compensation. This raises concerns about the safety and hygiene practices of the salon.
Another weakness that is mentioned by a customer is the increase in prices for some services. While this may not be a significant issue for some customers, it is worth noting that price increases can potentially drive away customers who may be looking for more affordable options.
In conclusion, Asia Nails & Spa has several strengths, including its stylish appearance, friendly customer service, and quality of work. However, there are weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as unprofessional behavior by some technicians, lack of accountability, and concerns about safety and hygiene practices. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

A secret gem of Downingtown! Don’t let the outside of the building fool you, this is a large and stylish salon. I was loyal to another nail salon till today. They took my walk-in emergency nail appointment with grace, after my original location “lost my appointment.” I was immediately tended to despite the high volume of customers already there. As someone with large hands I struggle to find people that can shape my nails to not look too wide, and Angel my technician, did a perfect job of shaping my nails and not making them too thick or bulbous. The techs are fast and friendly. 10 out of 10.
Got there 30 minutes before closing and sat right down. Got a dip powder removal followed up with this beautiful dip powder with my natural nails. Angel did them flawlessly and my natural nails are still really strong. Only paid $46. It’s an extra dollar or so if you pay with card so bring cash or they have an atm there also. I will be back!
Services they are providing are not professional! Pictures, gps located and receipt with time stamp to prove the service they charged me 45$ dollars for. Nail tech that completed the service was screaming defensively how she did nothing wrong. Her end product proves it’s not professional work and absolutely would not be 45$. Salon would not remove the work they completed without an additional 15$ dollars. I never left the property once the 20 minute service was completed. Lady came in before me and the left after i did. That’s not normal in the salon world. Normally I’m not a person to care if my hair stylist or nail tech uses the phone at any given point but considering my circumstances today completely unacceptable. Nail tech was on the phone 18 out of the 20 minutes minutes she had me in the chair. I’ve been to this location many times and have witnessed one situation with another customer during a previous service. Should have been my clue but gave the benefit of doubt. Never again. This place is complete trash. Karma or the BBB will be at your door eventually.
I’ve been patronizing this business for years. I came in for a pedicure/refill on Wednesday, November 23 around 10:30 AM. I waited over three hours for my services and by the time Mia sat down to do my nails, I had already been filed down with the electronic filer twice by two different people. Mia proceeded to file my nails a fourth time, which resulted in her cutting right through my nail bed with the electric filer. I started bleeding while she applied pressure, apologized and continued to do the rest of my nails. She never stopped to wash her hands, never applied first aid, and continued my services as if it didn’t happen. When I went to check out, I asked what discount she applied for injuring my finger. Not only did Mia and her team refuse, to discount the service, they also charged me an additional four dollars for using my credit card vs cash to pay for my services.
This is not the first time they’ve been overly aggressive with equipment causing injury, however it will be the last. Not only am I not returning to this business, I’m also calling OSHA due to the unsanitary practices.

I've been to many nail salons over the years, but Asia Nails & Spa is by far the best. Their prices are reasonable, their staff is professional and friendly, and their services are always top-notch.
I've been going to Asia Nails & Spa for years and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and they do an amazing job on my nails every time.
I have a great experience every time I go here. I have gone here for a few years off and on because I don’t get my nails done often. I was able to show a reference picture and have my nails looking very similar both times I did this! I am happy with the outcome of gel manicures and acrylics that I have gotten here. I have only noticed that the gel manicures have went from $25 to $30 but that is not an issue. I also enjoy the hot towel and lotion on my hands after getting my nails done. I had Kim do a gel manicure today for Valentine’s Day with a reference picture (the red, pink,&glitter nails image) and I love them :) I am always seated fast and the employees are friendly.
