This was my first time here and I will never be back, probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. I should have known to leave when I called to make an appointment and they said come in 20 minutes and even though I was there in 15 they took a walk in before me. So I ended up waiting and the walk in was upset that she felt rushed so they could get to me. The older woman who did my nails was rude and hurt my nails. I asked her to slow down and let her know when I was concerned about debris being on my nail she was painting over as well as missing whole areas of my nails. She continued to rush through my nails and my nails ended up being chunky with some sort of build up underneath. She did 3 layers of polish and 2 layers of top coat which the other nail guy agreed was too much.
After yelling at me and offering to just take it all off I said to just charge me so I could leave as I was scared to let her remove the polish and cause more damage.
Save yourself the time and pain and don't use her services. The men in the Salon seemed nice and I had no issues with them.
I can’t believe I have to write this but my mother isn’t tech savvy enough. Yesterday my mom went to this salon to have her eyebrows tinted and eyelash extensions put on. This was her first ever experience and she isn’t very knowledgeable on the whole thing but has an event coming up and wanted to try it out. Today, not even 24 hours later, a whole chunk of her eyelash fell out. I looked closer at her eyes and realized it looks like her whole eye line is black and crusted with glue. I asked if she got them wet, she said no. And then asked why she couldn’t get them wet. I was informed they never told her proper care and told her “don’t rub your eyes when you’re washing your face, rub around them”. And I’m sorry but every eyelash extension service should give you the proper care (eyelash shampoo, spooly, etc.) Fast forward an hour or so and ALL of the extensions came off no problem and revealed the ugly truth behind the process!!! Please don’t go to this place for eyelash extensions. If you want to go for an eyebrow tint though, they got you!
I always have a wonderful experience with David. He has a easy going and friendly personality.. He was able to take me the same day that I called, one day before Thanksgiving. I was overjoyed. He did a fantastic job on both my hands and my toes. ♡♡♡♡
I would like to give a special shout out to David, who did my nails beautifully in Chrome a few days ago. He made them look so natural and did them perfectly coffin shaped. My toes and nails look awesome!
Let’s just say the owner always have a story to tell on top of it the other workers don’t know what they doing neither speak English. The owner is very rude n over price for work u will not be satisfied. She talks to other workers in her language in front of u n clearly they stare when she start talking! Don’t waste ya time coming here! The son she take over n run the business!
So I alwayyys come here to get my nails and toes done and I must say they never cease to amaze me. Ryan and David are top tier. If you’re looking for the best nail salon in Port St. Lucie you definitely have to check them out
The one who does my nails is Grace. An awesome, slamming nail tech. Every design I've picked for her to do, she has gone beyond my expectations. She is a genius when it comes to satisfying this customer. 10 stars.
I love my nails, Nancy did a really good job…I was kinda skeptic to make this short but her work was amazing.
