They are the best. Heather and her crew are so caring. Never feel like just a number. They do a wonderful job.
1st time for nail trim everything fine,till they told me because my dog had accident he was scared they charged me 5 extra..He does it @ vet I don t get charged extra.
I stop in for nail clipping. Always a great experience. No appt. Needed. I have doberman. I don't know who hates nail trims more - her or I. But it's never been a problem here. We're in and out! I tip HEAVY for this because it's so worth it to me.

I was google searching and saw a couple good reviews. Thought I’d give them a try so I brought my Pomeranian. The staff of ladies were so friendly and nice! And it being my first time, they were very informative. Very down to earth and make you feel welcomed. I will be coming back. They have a lifetime customer.
Used to love going here, but very disappointed on their customer service. Understandably, after Covid restrictions happened, they had a huge waiting list that I was placed on. I would check in every few months, leave a message and would never get a call back. I am assuming the waiting list is over based on the reviews I see of new customers. I recently left another 2 messages - no call back. Very disappointed as my 2 Goldens really enjoyed coming here.
This is my second time there. We took our two 5 months old GSP. Our male was very bad on having his nails trimmed. We asked them before we took them in and they said no problem bring them in. We were skeptic and didn’t believe it could be done. Well, this is our second time going and his nails our nicely trimmed and no longer hurt us when he jumps on us. I am still in disbelief that they were able to do this. And what has me more in disbelief is the price! $5 dollars for nail trim! Heather did tell us to bring them at least every 2 weeks so they are accustomed to getting their nails trimmed. Great prices and kind and friendly people here who care about our pups.
I Brong my dog to bark in call the first day I bought her and oh my God the people are so nice the lady spoke to me about my dog and ever since I’ve been coming here my Chanel loves it it’s just a very nice atmosphere.
