The luxury family room is another strength of Baytree House. Guests who stayed in this room found it to be lovely and cosy, with all the necessary amenities. The house itself is described as beautiful, with excellent hosts. The rooms are lovely and offer a comfortable stay. However, it is worth noting that breakfast comes at an additional cost of £7.95. We were celebrating my sons and daughter in laws marriage and chose BayTree House for the meal. The lady was on her own as staff had phoned in sick but she cooked 6 separate dinners and we didn't have to wait too long. My granddaughter was over the moon when her dolly got a dinner too! Its a charming atmosphere , really good food at very affordable prices. Nothing was too much bother. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we're so pleased we chose the Bay Tree.

This was a little haven for me and i loved it there. All the staff and owner family members visitors, guests.. !! Just like you belong there. Charming and so peaceful. I was drawn to this place over several years but had never been at all. It was exactly as i knew it would be and i was finally recovering from stress and illness. My sanctuary,, my saving grace. Like the family that dont exist !! Lovely...
Fantastic guest house , beautifully decorated yet keeping its victorian charm . Liz & her team make you feel so welcomed from the moment you arrive. We had a family room & it was very spacious, considering it had a double & 3 singles there was still plenty of room for the grandson to play with his toys. Highly recommend eating at bay tree as the food is freshly cooked to order by Liz and her homemade bread in the morning is amazing as well his her vast range of flavoured vodkas & gins which was perfect for an evening drink whilst relaxing in the garden. We will definitely be returning .
Liz is thoroughly accommodating.
The breakfast is fantastic but the su day roast was some of the best I've ever had, and at 35years and 17stone, slightly overweight I'd say I've had my fair share!
Great range of drink, cute pug dogs too.
Will be back again.
We had a wonderful stay here! Liz and her pugs were a delight. Felt very welcome throughout. Great value and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend.
