COME HERE!! My first time at this salon, Lena did my nails & they turned out amazing!! Probably the best experience I ever had at a nail salon! She gave me suggestions & checked throughout the appt to make sure I was getting what I wanted! Will definitely be returning! They are friendly & take their time!
My first time here and I loved my nail tech, Sarah. She talked with me and help me choose the perfect shade for a funeral and was very personable and comforting in this unfortunate time. I will be going back to her from now on. Nails look great, no pain, and efficiently got them done...a full set with gel. Thank you so much.
I usually just come for a quick pedicure. They are close and you really can't mess up a pedicure. Why I only give this business 3 stars is because the last three times I had a pedicure done, all three times they had to put polish remover in their nail polish because it was so old. (and this is three different times, with three different colors). Why can't they just refresh their stock of polish maybe once a year or even once every two years? Or at least throw away the ones that are old. When polish is that old and you have have to put polish remover in it, then the polish is not good at all and the color is off.
SLOPPY AND RUSHED. I paid $40 for a a simple gel manicure + a single gem on each nail. First I called to see if they had open availability for a walk in, they said yes but when I got there I waited an extra 20-30 mins. During the manicure my cuticle was cut and I was bleeding, and there was no clean up around the edges of the cuticle/nail. I asked for a gem on each nail and was given the price of $33, but only she put it on each ring finger. When I repeated that I wanted a gem on each nail they changed it to $40....so I charged $10 extra dollars for 10 little gems that probably cost a total of $1 for a hundred pack. The whole service was rushed and not done well, and end result is sloppy & weak. I could have done a better job at home myself. Very unsatisfied and I shouldn’t of paid.
went almost a week ago and got a full set.. asked for gel and got regular polish!!! nails are WAY TOO thin so they’re breaking very easily. i called and asked for a fix and was told there’s a 2 day policy. anything after that i have to pay for. my polish is chipping. they’re uneven shapes and length. i was cut multiple times with the drill and the lady laughed it off. i’m a diabetic meaning i may not fully heal from a cut. i am very disappointed and unsatisfied. 1/10 would not recommend! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. $70 for me to not be happy with my set. and i’m not one to complain about the price of my nails but being though this has happened with them, i have to.
They did absolutely amazing! My favorite nail salon ever!! they pay a lot of attention to detail and won’t stop until it is perfect. I’ve been here twice so far and I am definitely coming back!!
This is the second time I’ve been here, and it will be my last. I didn’t even finish my services.
The staff is RUDE. She would t explain the services to me, instead she just kept saying dip or gel. I told her I didn’t understand (it’s been a decade since I’ve gotten my nails done.) She then had the nerve to tell ME I wasn’t listening.
Do not recommend.
So apparently saying I’ll just pay for the pedicure, tipping my tech well, and leaving was rude.
The only one there even trying to explain anything was another customer!!!!
Learn customer service. You’re still being rude. Take responsibility for your ignore actions. I’m also not the only one with complaints of your terrible service. Have a nice day.
Very unprofessional and sloppy. I got my nails done by a elder lady. I guess she is wife of John. She has no skill at all. She just rushed to finish quickly and didn't like the work at all. I am not sure about other people work how they will do but i am definitely not satisfied with my nails.
