This location is awesome and they have great attitudes. I once went around the corner to a new shop that did awful and I came to have them redone at this location. They did amazing and I continued to go back. My nails last a long time and they make sure you like their work. The wait time is never to long because they work hard. They don't rush and skip anything and make sure your nails are what you asked for and you like them. I've never seen an unhappy customers Ever when I've been present. I'd like to recommend this location to everyone! They will not disappoint you! Each time I've been there, they always have regulars and know them by name. Great Job and thank you kindly! I wish nothing but blessings and much success to this location!

I am go glad we came to this place today. Me and my friend have been looking for a regular nail place to go, the last place completely messed her sh** up!! But thankfully the man saved the day and fixed her right up, they looked great. The lady I had was amazing I love how my nails came out. We will definitely be back!! Very clean, very nice friendly staff, just an all around great place and they speak English very well to where you can actually understand them. She even keep asking me while doing my nails "do you like them, they look ok to you" she was so sweet I wish I would of gotten her name but our next apt is with the same people, so I will definitely get it next time!

I'm picky about my nails, especially my shaping so I was happy when I came here because they put up with my pickiness lol and definitely delivered everything I asked for.

I have been a customer for 6 years. I love their work. It pricey but usually worth it for the service. However, I went in for a fill in and pick my color. When applied it was totally different than the color I chose. I chose Lt blue to chrome purple, I got hot pink to dark purple. When I said something they both argued with me that it was just my hand!! Are you serious? Two totally different colors. Than I was told oh it's just the plastic. Still not my issue. I have been coming for six years. Just put on a polish Im Happy with please. Nope they argued that it's because my hand is not plastic. I don't care, even other customers agreed with me. It's the same color I had just had on. I told them that and still no offer to fix it. I'm furious!!

I am not writing this review based on the nail work, I have came here multiple times and never had an issue with liking my nails/designs/price is good. But today I received horrible customer service! I went in facility last week and got a quote for my nails with the MANAGER! they gave me a specific price and I scheduled my appointment for today, my appointment was at 11am, I arrived 15 minutes early they didn’t seat me until 11:20, I didn’t complain because I understand but when I sat in the chair with the most RUDE LADY she is literally in the fist chair to the far left once you come in store, the eye rolling, not communicating to go over what I needed done! She literally got up and walked away because she didn’t like the fact her “manager” told me a specific price, speaking with the manager was useless! He apologized but tried to say he can’t give a quote looking at a picture but clearly he did the week before, never been to any nail salon in Glen burnie that can’t do that,then basically he stated “they can’t take me because there busy” I had to go to another place which did my nails perfectly! At the end of the day being professional, listening to your customers,and escalating the situation respectfully! And making sure your workers are aware of their attitude,I understand people have a bad day, but don’t take that out on your customers and the money being put out to keep your business

I called for an appointment at 6pm. My pedicure and foot massage was amazing!! The gel polish looks very neat. I will be back again and again. Today was well needed. I work in the hospital, they made me a new pair of legs and feet!!! ???????????? extra cautious with covid going on I loved it!! Ask for Sophia she was amazing!!

This place is great ! I never thought about going into this nail shop before.. I’m glad I did ! I’m soo satisfied with my nails. She was fast and they are perfect ! I got a fill, they look so natural . 5 stars !!
