Very rude. They follow you like you're stealing as soon as you walk in. Then even though they close at 8 they start harassing you to leave at 7:50pm even if you were already in the store. Go to any other beauty supply and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
I honestly recommend any other hair store besides this one. They have security tags on everything you can think of and still feel the need to follow you around if you’re black. Even the Africans. The attitudes aren’t welcoming at all and you can tell that the CONSTANT approaches are NOT genuine. I would advise calming down. Nobody wants to steal your overpriced lipgloss. That type of attitude will only run your customers away. It’s imperative to be kind to your customers, especially when you’re selling the same items that someone can go get from the 1,000,000 other beauty stores that are within minutes of this one.
I just called to get a price for a set under dry there customer service on the phone is just like when your in the store nasty and rude I will not support this store..YOU KEEP THAT SET UNDER DRYER.. you don't give prices over the phone but quick to take my money with a attitude very

I don't like the attitude of the Asian owners in this store. Their not welcoming or nice toward their patrons. African Americans spend an exorbitant amount of money in these types of stores and 99% of the time they are indifferent to them. I only go to them if I'm forced to. I spend very little money there r.
I could get lost in this store because they offer so much. Some Staff is not friendly though

I’ve come to this store since high school, never had any issues before. I don’t know what changed but staff manger doesn’t value their own policies! I called them a day after shopping asking about refund because I realized I bought the wrong color and brand. They told me no refund but we do exchanges or store credit must be within 7 days , original box and not unseal, I told the associate ok that’s great I haven’t even opened anything and I still have my receipt. 3 days later I come in , the associate told me, to got to the manager she handles it. This lady looked at the stuff and receipt and was like no, this is no return. I pointed out on the receipt it literally said Exchange or store allowed must be unsealed, original condition. She literally just ignored it. The staff was just looking at her and as I left the staff guy apologized for how she was acting?! Like I appreciate it but how you going to not follow your own rules?!
Peaceful atmosphere. Must be the music! Masks worn, employees available to help you, social distancing practice, a nice variety of everything concerning hair even some extras! Sadly they didn't have what I needed! But I'll still come back!
