Amazing job! I haven't had my nails done in a year and I had a few women recommend Tom to me. I was able to call and get in the same day. I love the way my acrylics turned out! Tom does such a wonderful job and is so nice. Highly recommend Better Nails!

He not only took a double mani appt. on a Sunday, but he also helped me out with my dip nails.
He got me into clear dip powder and getting a fill every two weeks.
He saved me money, and he really cares about the quality of the design you would like.

I won’t go back. The service was not great and the place was very dirty (not sanitary and looks like it rarely gets swept or wiped down). I was unimpressed with the “rock massage”, she seemed to simple roll the rocks around on my skin. The guy who did my nails never once washed his hands the 1.5 hrs I was there, even when I saw him go between three different people, gross. The equipment was also not sanitized between people and he used the same file, nail clippers and dremal from the person right before me. I wanted a more natural nail dip and it ended up looking gritty and he missed two corners of my nails. They also had two TVs on with full volume, one with news and the other with “soft music..?
Upon checking out ($80 for gel pedi and dip nails) I didn’t give a tip and the lady pushed the receipt back to me telling me I missed something! Nope, I didn’t want to tip…won’t ever return.
Well, after a difficult couple of rough days I treated my Mom to a pedicure. I was just hoping for a nice experience. They did get us in quickly which was great but the end result is disappointing. The man who did mine was argumentative and the outcome was poor. There's gaps where there's no polish, polish on my skin that wasn't removed and my heels are cracked. Overall just a rush job since others had come in.

Tom did an outstanding job, he gave me exactly what I wanted and Was even good on time despite the intricate design I requested! I will definitely be coming back, better nails have made a forever client out of me :) one of the lovely ladies also did a fantastic job on my little sister giving her a beautiful gel manicure with a accent finger designed with a butterfly so cute! Affordable prices and quality dip. They lasted a full 3 weeks. Tom is very nice and talks to you. I left off a star because the shop could be a little cleaner, especially the bathroom area.
