Took three boys in... one ended up with a great hair cut. Another one of the haircuts looked good in the store immediately after when his hair was brushed to the side, however, his hair doesn't naturally stay that way, and six hours later, the unevenness of the front of his hair as it resumed its natural shape over his forehead looks terrible! The third cut... not a great cut... lots of long hair left on the back in a not-so-flattering way. We are thankful for the Friday kids discount on two of them, but overall, I will be hesitant to return or recommend. Disappointed since only 1 out of 3 turning out well isn't a good track record. We did achieve haircuts, however, we didn't achieve stellar results.
We have been to this shop for haircuts for the boys for awhile now, the past two times that I have went, Valerie cut my son’s hair. She does amazing work! I am happy to find a hairdresser who knows exactly how to make my son look handsome! Definitely need to try them out
Kyle and his team are awesome. My son's and I have been haricuts at Big League for years and have always had great cuts and customer service. Wonderful environment to sit for a bit and get a haircut.
I have been growing my hair out for years and I had finally decided to donate it. When I went to big league I saw how nice and clean the place was. I was nervous to get it chopped off but I’m so glad I did it. I love it!!! I’m writing this for Valerie because she is so kind to each costumer and gets the job done. It looks so good thanks for the cut I’m definitely telling my friends about this place.
Always do a wonderful job with my sons (16m) haircut. Amelia is always very nice and patient when he squirms and makes sure he looks good. Husband also goes here for his haircut and is also always satisfied with his haircut
Alex Fisher has been cutting my hair for 6 years now, she has always done an outstanding job. I have never been disappointed with the service and her professionalism. As well the staff, Kyle are always cordial and professional.
Found this place few months ago after bouncing from place to place and never satisfied. Valerie has done a great job on my hair, always making sure that I am satisfied. Clean, crisp lines, shampoo, and massage will keep me coming back. Highly recommend her and this place!!!
Great service. My son was terrified of getting a haircut and they mentioned a kids room AFTER my haircut instead of when he was freaking out which was annoying. I did enjoy the haircut despite the lady looking grumpy and not talking to me. She also left the tv on the Cartoon Network which was annoying also. She offer to change it for me. I will return to this place and hopefully have a better experience.
