I normally do a walk in service. That day met a girl named Ruby. I asked for a Halloween shellac pedicure. Ruby out did herself. She's amazing! Hand painted my pumpkin!
I did a walk in service. I had an employee named Dan give me a shellac pink/white pedicure. He did such a good job and out of anywhere ive ever had my nails done i am the happiest with him as a technician. Im really happy with the service. Go in, ask for him, be a kind human, and relax. You’ll be in great hands.
0 stars if I could....Walked in with my friend for a last minute decided mani pedi. We both had people watching our kids for a little bit so we decided to get our nails done. We walked in said we wanted a mani pedi and they said they could do that. They finished the pedicures and sent us over to the mani station. They started on my fingers and did not start on my friends. Anyways they told my friend that it would be 35 minutes until they could do her nails so she decided she could wait. Well 40 minutes later my friend asked if they were ready yet and the salon told her that she is going to have to come back to get her manicure.... well.... that to me is not good service. We showed up together to get our nails done TOGETHER. They knew they had appointments when we walked in and they should have told us honestly that they did not have time to do a mani pedi just a pedicure and we would have been okay with with that. But instead to make us wait thinking they can still do her nails and then not do it is not okay. Yes we were a walk in but just be honest. Dont say yes we can and they say no. That's just focusing on the money and not the service. Honestly we are never going back there.
ANOTHER THING, they are a clean looking salon,HOWEVER the girl who did my pedicure was wearing gloves but the girl who did my friends was not wearing gloves and dropped some of the tools on the ground and picked them up without sanitizing them and started using them on her again. When she switched to a new client right after my friend she did not wash her hands....literally right in front of us, went directly to the next client without washing her hands or tools. The service was very rushed and honestly our pedicures are pretty rough. The nails are jagged, our heels are still very rough and the paint job is very streaky. I have never had acryclics before but my thumb nails are not naturally crooked.
The ladies were very nice and I'm not totally mad about how my fingernails turned out so there is that. But they do not speak very well English which is fine but I did not know what i was doing getting acryclics and I kept asking questions and she didnt answer any of them and would just laugh and not answer and the day after I got the acrylics my nails are already lifting which you can see in the photo .... I wanted this place to work out so badly because it is about 5 minutes away and a good price but you definitely get what you pay for. We are never going back there and we would not recommend this place to anyone ever.
*****UPDATE***** They had me come back in to fix them for free and they still were horribly done. When I went in for a fill which they said would be for free she had to redo the whole set and still made me pay$30 for the whole set because It was lifting so freaking bad...mind you it was only 2 weeks between each of these events. But that wasnt my fault that they did a bad job on my nails. Regardless this last time they redid the whole set they have been perfectly fine. ASK FOR CINDY IF YOU GO. Although I was mad I was charged again for something they said they were fixing these nails have held up PERFECTLY for 2 weeks. Getting my fill done on Saturday!

I really like the service here as the staff firstly is supper nice and do a great job. Whenever i come out of the salon. i always reach the best of my satisfaction.
I’ve come to this salon a couple times and the first time an unfortunate mishap ended with a ripped and bleeding nail. However, the woman doing my nails was professional and apologetic, plus full sets are reasonably priced. I had no issues whatsoever on this trip so I expect that I will return.
