My nail tech the guy is great! He is nice and professional. My only downful with this visit is I called prior to coming and I wasn't told there were two people ahead of me and this was after I signed and sat down. The two ladies were together they did not sign in but female owner/nail tech remembered they were coming back. I was pleased, with my service before from the guy, so I waited for him. It was over a hour before I was serviced but I was satisfied with results just did not anticipate that type of time being spent out there.
I wasted my time making an appointment because they don’t write anything down and pretty much cater to walk ins. Significantly over priced. Don’t get me wrong, my nails look good (hence the extra star), but I paid $65 for a fill in and regular toe polish change. Typically that would cost me around $45 so I’m not sure where the other $20 came from unless she assumed I got a pedicure. Anyway, I didn’t have time to argue with the lady so I paid and left, but I’ll never go back.
They use gel for a topcoat on powder nails which does not make them as strong. Started chipping at edges on most nails same day. Now a few days later and have to get them completely redone. $65 is ridiculous. Manicure consisted of putting my hands in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes.

I have been going here on and off for years. Before this experience, I hadn’t been for about 3-4 years. I came in to get my nails soaked off. I was semi greeted by a woman. She was very uninterested in the service, she did not talk at all. She mumbled words and pointed at the bowl when it was time to soak my nails. It takes quite a while to soak acrylic off so I understood when she got up and left me there for 40 mins. But while I was soaking, she began to help another lady who was legally blind. She was rude and dismissive to her when they were discussing colors. I did not like that at all. She came back over to me, started taking my nails off. In the middle of doing the service she got up and (what I’m assuming, because it was in a different language) told another worker to finish me off. The original lady got up and left, didn’t say a word or inform me of what was going on. The other worker continued the service yet, she didn’t say a word either and she looked miserable to be doing it. I don’t know if her day started off that way or if she is just naturally in a melancholy state but it was very unpleasant. If you want good customer service and just decency in general then I wouldn’t recommend going there. Businesses like this have to understand that customers will pay the high prices if you are pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t receive that.
Honestly I used to love this place until I realized they make up their prices depending on their moods. I've had the same nails 3 different times and I always use the same nail tech and the 1st time she did them it was 75$ then the 2nd time it was 70$ and this 3rd time it was 95$!!! They just lost a loyal client this time! I will neve be back after this????????
I went and had a pedicure worst job ever done to my feet in the world my toenails they didn't even get the ingrown toenails out or even clipped couple my toenails and didn't follow them at all left them rough cut never filed none of my toes that she cut when I mentioned it she mumbled some words couldn't speak English I wouldn't let my dog go there. Then supposed to be scraping my feet and my heels and never got all the skin off rub lotion or methylated on my legs in the back of my heels and my feet and it did I come home I've got scaly backs of my feet by my ankles horrible
