A nice experience as the Salon is very clean with comfortable seating. I use Hair Stylist Haillie Biddy for my haircuts and have been please with her work. Parking is in the front of the building.
This Sweet Pink Place was so CUTE! My stylist Elizebeth Still was recommended to me by a good friend and I highly recommend her.
I called yesterday to see if anyone to could my hair the same day. They said Amber had something at 6...great. When I got there Amber said she was running behind and it would be a while before she could do my hair and she would stay as late as she needed to. Perfectly fine. I didn't have a lot going on. So I checked back in an hour and half after my appointment time she was still behind and said that she could get me in as early as I needed to the next morning to make it right. I show up 10 minutes early for the time we agreed on and no one is here. I waited a half an hour to see if anyone showed up. So I have made my way to the salon twice to not get my hair done. No call or text was sent out. I gave them my number twice. I have never had an experience like this before at a salon. I had never been to this salon and I will not be back.
Recently got my hair cut, and highlighted, and an eyebrow wax. I see Elizabeth when I go there. She does great work, and is so very friendly! I love my hair, and have gotten many compliments ☺. Sometimes it is hard to get in to see her, but she will try her hardest to accommodate you. Once I was trying for a certain day, she unfortunately had no openings when I called, but remembered me when she got a cancelation and texted me about it. That right there is good business! ????♀️
I called to find a new stylist for highlights. When I called a lady picked up, I asked if they did highlights to ensure it was a service they were confident in, as to where she responded “i mean yeah we’re a hair salon”. coming from another professional in the industry, this is incredibly unprofessional service. Most definitely will not book here.
Susan was great with my grand-daughter Trulie. Susan is the only one she will go to get her hair cut. Thanks for a great Stylist.
Good luck actually getting a haircut here. Made an appointment for 2, waited an hour with literally nobody in the place, and left. If you don't announce yourself on a megaphone nobody will even notice you. The most unprofessional business I've been to in probably my entire life. Will never even consider coming back.
