Excellent service great prices
I was very vocal during my appointment, I asked the woman taking care of me to fix multiple things, multiple times. She did not fix anything. When I made it clear I was unhappy, the woman got very upset. I was not paying $65 for a set I was unhappy with so she took them off and was very aggressive about it. very unprofessional, not a good nail salon.
I went here about a week ago, with my daughter and mom. They messed up my daughters pedi, she showed him a simple design and he seemed very annoyed and did it wrong. It did not look like it at all. They did not speak and were very rough. My nail polish did not even stay on a week. Every single toe is bare except one. They also raised their prices to worse quality. Will not be returning.
Plan to wait a good 40-50 minutes before they will take you for a simple pedicure (with only 3 other clients being in the shop). Also watched two employees work on a pedicure then get up and answer their cell phones with their wet gloves on and then go back to the client without changing. Would not recommend.
Hannah is awesome!.......Nancy is nasty. No customer service skills will give you an appointment and schedule 3 more people at the same time. #low key prejudice. Will never get my business again.
