Absolutely LOVE this place. The people are so sweet here. Especially Beth and Mila. Treated like family every time I come here and I always leave with KILLER nails. :) Lily is super sweet as well. Very professional. 10/10 definitely recommend.

After moving to Miami, I was referred to this salon by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised when my nails were still intact after 20 days. They provide excellent service and use quality products. These are my nails 20 days after service The dip power lasts and doesn’t chip easily. Highly recommend Lin for any nail designs.
Their staff are disrespectful. The store was open and they locked the door and I knocked, they didn’t even respond or look out the door. They were super disrespectful. Lazy and rude staff that destroy the business. I looked at them right through the glass door. They chose to ignore because they don’t feel working.
Such good service seriously so hard to find a good nail place that you can stick to. Ask for Kim she will take care of you :)
2 stars bc they refunded me after showing them what a disaster my nails were. Bumpy, thick, cut fingers and acrylic all over my cuticle. This is how I walked out of there, I shouldn’t have paid in the first place.
Walked in asked how long would it be for mani pedi for me and my sister. Was told pick a color. 45 mins later still waiting at least my sister got a manicure. Next time customer asked how long BE HONEST. Had to leave for an appt wasted my time there. Great job on her manicure tho recommend only with an appt.
1 year ago I had pedicure and GEL manicure with Bee who did excellent job, today I called and was told that Bee is off today so I made an appointment for 4pm since I wanted for my nails to look good because next day would be my 65th Birthday and my children and my husband is doing my Birthday celebration.
The lady at the front desk introduced me to the lady who is going to do my pedicure and she said that somebody else will be doing my GEL nails.
The lady who did my pedicure did a good job and I told her that I will tip her after I pay my bill, I wasn't sure if she understood since she started to speak to me in her language.
The front desk lady ask me to sit down and wait for somebody to do my nails.
After waiting for 30 minutes I ask the lady how long before somebody going to do my nails, she was talking to other ladies and she came over to me and said that NOBODY WANTS TO DO MY NAILS, I ask her why, she said that they all independent contractors and she cannot force them to do it.
I dont know whether she overbooked them or other reason, she wouldn't give me any explanation.
I got very upset and called my son , he came over and asked the front desk lady for explanation, she told him the same thing.
He asked her to please get somebody to do my nails that I am willing to wait but she was repeating that NOBODY WANTS to do my nails.
I walked out from this place very disappointed
If you have respect to yourself, don't go to this place.
I won't stop here, I called my friend who works for Miami Herald and she promised to do article about this place.
Nobody ever treated me like this before.
