I never leave reviews but this experience from this nail salon was so rude and unprofessional. I booked ahead of time and waited a while before getting seated then once I was seated she put my hand in nail polish remover and I waited an hour until I got some service than I asked how much longer do you think till someone will work on my nails and then she proceeded to yell…. at me “ Well you took your hand out bowl” and I said i’ll go somewhere else that’s fine and she said “Go “.
I scheduled an appt for a full set at 6pm. I showed up around 5:55 for my appointment and was sat down at a nail seat and told to pick out my color. I picked out my color and sat down for 30 minutes. Nobody said a single word to me, apologized for the wait, or updated me on when someone would start on my nails. I started to become impatient after 30 minutes and was finally told that someone would get started on my nails in 10 minutes. Well around 20 minutes passed and nobody addressed me. I got up to leave and all of the sudden someone was ready to do my nails. This was at least 50 minutes after my appt time. So, I left, and not much was said. I had plans and had to cancel my appt after waiting an hour. I understand that holidays can be busy and they may have been understaffed. I really would have appreciated honesty and professionalism but received not even the bare minimum of a conversation or apology for them not scheduling correctly. I would have just really appreciated had they let me know they were behind and it would be about an hour once I walked in for my appointment. I would have understood and not wasted my time sitting there for an hour without being helped. I don’t recommend this place.

I was a walk in yesterday afternoon and got the volcano pedicure. It was Amazing!!! Didn’t realize I also got a shoulder rub, so that was a pleasant surprise.
I usually come here all the time one of their regulars. Today however I went in for a pedi and a gel color change for my hands. They asked me 1,000 times what I wanted. I KEPT SAYING BASIC PEDI AND A GEL COLOR CHANGE. The pedicure was alright. Not great but not as bad. When I went to sit down to do a color change for my hands the lady started taking out all the stuff needed for a manicure. I said I only want a color change. Right as soon as I said it this lady got a horrible attitude and was very unprofessionally rude. On top of that she did a horrible job. I will not be coming back anymore thanks to her. I didn’t get her name but she has short black hair wears black glasses and is probably the oldest one there. Her desk is in the middle row closest to the mirror. She didn’t even bother to completely take off my previous nail polish. I am seriously so disappointed. I understand they are trying to make as much money as possible pretending they didn’t hear you say color change instead of manicure or constantly asking if you want your eyebrows done... but this isn’t the way you treat people.
Very rushed and don’t spend time on service Manicure and pedicure didn’t last more than 3 days. Very poor and messy work
I came here after the girls from the waxing place, next door recommended! I'm speechless with my experience, the lady that help me was very sweet. I love my nails and will definitely be back when I’m in town. Excellent location you can have a full day in this shopping center just to pampering yourself!!
