The food at Bridge Cafe is another strength, with multiple comments praising its quality. The full breakfast is specifically mentioned as being delicious and filling, with generous portions. The menu is also described as varied, indicating that there are options available to suit different tastes. Moreover, the prices are considered normal, which suggests that the cafe offers good value for money.
The location of Bridge Cafe is also seen as a positive aspect. It is situated along the Leeds Liverpool canal, making it an ideal stop for individuals enjoying a walk or bike ride. The fact that there is parking available outside is also appreciated, although it is noted that the area can get busy. This incident should be taken seriously, and appropriate training should be provided to ensure that all customers are treated equally and respectfully.
Another comment mentions that the food was only "okay." While this may be subjective, it suggests that there is room for improvement in terms of food quality. Consulting customer feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve the taste and presentation of dishes could enhance customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, Bridge Cafe has numerous strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. The friendly and helpful staff, efficient service even during busy times, and delicious food all contribute to a great customer experience. The location along the Leeds Liverpool canal and the availability of parking are also positives. Popped in for brunch, we were recommended this place by a friend, so thought we'd try it. Staff are really nice and helpful, there is parking outside, but it is busy, so be prepared for this. Food is great, prices are normal. Will pop in again if in the area :)
Perfect stop for a drink and bite to eat whilst walking along the Leeds Liverpool canal.
Staff were really friendly and the service super fast considering the cafe was busy at the time.
Ordered a full breakfast which consists of 3 sausage, 2 bacon, 1 hash brown, 1 fried egg and beans along with a few rounds of toast. My wife ordered a Greek salad which looked good.
Two coffees and the food was £15 which was a more than fair price.
Will visit again if passing.
Had been for a walk in nearby Calverly woods and had an hour to kill before the bus was due, so called in to Bridge Cafe for a coffee.
Staff were polite and service was swift. Premises is clean and well presented and the decor is welcoming.
I can't comment on food as I only had coffee, but the menu is varied and reasonably priced and what I saw others order, it looked good.
Wow. Words can't explain how much I love this place. Can't believe I've never been before. Staff were amazing food was perfect. Best breakfast around. Will deffo come again. Thanks
Went here for mid morning breakfast with my partner. The food was okay but I felt quite uncomfortable with the staring we got as my partner is Nigerian. At one point three staff in unison turned to look at us from the kitchen. We both commented on it as we left the establishment. I thought it was just me being paranoid but he mentioned it and I realised it wasn’t my imagination. You’d think the older staff had never seen a black man before. I even smiled at the older woman and she stared back with her scowl. We ate, said our thanks and left. Thank you to the younger woman that treated us like humans.
