Firstly, customers praise the variety of seating options available, such as low soft settees and coffee tables or table and chairs. This provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for patrons to enjoy their drinks and food. Additionally, the spacious layout of the cafe with plenty of space between seating areas adds to the overall pleasant experience.
The quality of the food is another strength highlighted by customers. Comments mention having a lovely breakfast and good value for money. It is also commendable that the staff were accommodating to dietary restrictions, willingly making substitutions for customers with allergies. The exceptional customer service of the staff is further emphasized by their care for an elderly gentleman, going above and beyond to assist him with pouring tea and opening sauce sachets. This demonstrates the staff's attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
The cafe also receives praise for its coffee. Customers describe the taste as excellent, and the prices are deemed reasonable. It is commendable that Cafe 105 offers full vegan and gluten-free menus, catering to customers with dietary restrictions. In conclusion, Cafe 105 receives praise for its variety of seating options, relaxing atmosphere, good service, and quality food. The exceptional customer service demonstrated by the staff is highlighted, particularly in their care for an elderly customer. The cafe also offers excellent coffee and caters to customers with dietary restrictions. Best TL Reviews

Great place for drinks and food. Different sorts of places to sit, low soft settees and seats with coffee tables or table and chair. Plenty of space between seating areas, really relaxing atmosphere. I must admit, when I looked through the window I thought it was a furniture shop with the leather sofas, chairs and tables but definitely worth a visit.
We had a lovely breakfast, good service polite staff
Popped in for breakfast and a coffee while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. Really good food and great value for money. I had to ask for something to be left off my breakfast due to an allergy and the girl pretty much insisted I had extra of something else in its place!
The thing that stood out most was that an elderly gentleman who was quite frail came in while I was eating and the staff not only poured his tea from the teapot for him, as he was a bit shaky, but they even opened the sauce sachets and put them on his food for him as he was struggling to do so himself.
Absolutely exceptional customer service and I’ll definitely eat here again when I’m next in Stourbridge
Nice quiet place to meet for a coffee. Excellent coffee and reasonably priced. Good to see that they now have full vegan and gluten free menus. They do close at 3pm on a Saturday which is earlier than most of the coffee shops.
Very spacious café with a modern decor. Menu is restricted to breakfast up until 11.30. However the food served is well proportioned and will keep hunger at bay. Nice Mocha as well. Staff are pleasant and it's a good service.
First time been in definitely recommended it to family and friends food good service excellent atmosphere great keep up the good work
We love ❤️ this place when ever we come to uk ???????? we go to this place for breakfast it’s too bad not open Monday to Sunday.
A high street cafe with city centre Café dreams. Over priced for the variety quality and quantity of food on offer. Fair coffee but nothing special. It's fine if you are in Stourbridge and need some lunch but not really a place to go to in It's own merit.
