Quick Facts About Caffe Roma

Caffe Roma has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, we will analyze the comments and highlight the key points.
Starting with the strengths, multiple comments mention the friendly and welcoming service at Caffe Roma. Customers appreciate the staff going above and beyond to provide good quality food and service. This is a significant strength as it creates a positive dining experience and encourages customers to return.
Another strength mentioned is the fast service. Customers appreciate the efficiency and speed at which their food is served. Quick service is often valued by customers, especially those who are in a rush or have limited time for dining.
Price is also highlighted as a strength of Caffe Roma. Multiple comments mention that the food is reasonably priced, with the example of a good-sized fry up including a cup of tea for £7. Customers appreciate the affordability and good value for money, which can attract more customers.
The diversity of the menu is not directly mentioned in the comments but can be inferred from the variety of dishes mentioned. From fry ups and risottos to ciabattas and cappuccinos, Caffe Roma seems to offer a range of options for different tastes and preferences. This can be considered a strength as it caters to a wider customer base.
Moving on to the weaknesses, the first and most prominent is the negative feedback about the quality of the food. Multiple comments mention that the food was not particularly special or delicious. Some customers specifically point out issues with specific dishes such as tasteless vegetables in the risottos or burnt toast. This highlights a weakness in the consistency and overall taste of the food.
In addition to the lack of flavor, there are complaints about the quality of the rice in the risottos. Customers mention that the rice was undercooked, chewy, tasteless, and hard. This suggests a weakness in the cooking techniques and attention to detail in preparing the dishes.
One customer also mentions receiving a flat, unbranded coke instead of the desired drink. This indicates a weakness in the accuracy and attention to customer requests.
While not explicitly mentioned, there is a possibility that the portion sizes may not be consistent. One comment recommends that the cafe does not skimp on portion sizes, indicating that there may have been instances where the portions were not satisfactory for some customers. This inconsistency can be seen as a weakness.
Despite the weaknesses mentioned, it is worth noting that some customers still express their intention to visit again or praise specific aspects of their experience. This suggests that although there are areas for improvement, Caffe Roma still has some strengths that appeal to certain customers.
In conclusion, the strengths of Caffe Roma include its friendly and fast service, reasonable pricing, and welcoming atmosphere. On the other hand, weaknesses include issues with food quality, specifically flavor and cooking techniques, as well as inconsistencies in portion sizes and accuracy of customer requests. By addressing these weaknesses, Caffe Roma can work towards providing a consistently positive dining experience for all customers.

Best TL Reviews

Service was friendly and fast. Food was mostly good although toast burnt. Very reasonably priced, £7 for a good sized fry up including a cup of tea. Would go again.
The service here was good. Food came hot, but wasn’t anything special. Me and my mum ordered different risottos . She said the vegetables in hers were tasteless and overall the meal was too. She was given flat, unbranded coke also!
My risotto had lovely seafood, however with both risottos the rice was not really cooked and was really chewy, tasteless and hard. It kept getting stuck in our teeth and was fairly difficult to eat.
Overall we were a little disappointed and wouldn’t return here again.
Popped in with my wife for a light lunch, both had cappuccino and ciabattas, both of which were very nice. Good, friendly service, and reasonable price's, will visit again.
One of the friendliest and most welcoming cafes in Bexhill, all guests are treated like family! Food is delicious, and the staff are amazing x
Unpretentious, friendly service and a delicious 2 course lunch menu for £8:95.
