I made an appointment but still had to wait over 25 minutes. After they finally got to me- Ryan tried to sell me on using the gel polish with my acrylic fill in because it lasts longer and costs more. When I explained to him I was trying to save money, and he removed the polish on two of my nails, he rudely told me then he could not do my nails because I had a little lifting and walked away!! I have NEVER been treated so badly by a nail technician. He disrespected me and I was a paying customer. He wanted me to spend more money- I have been told by other people how he overcharges them as well.

He has done my nails before and he wasn't that great-

I will never go back to this place and I plan on sharing my experience with everyone I know.

Love this place! The staff are friendly and engaging. They try their best to squeeze people in while making sure appointments aren't waiting too long. They do a good job and can accommodate styles you find online.

Had a pedi, I was a walk in and they got to me quickly. They did a great job, the polish was neat and stayed shiny for weeks!

Trang always does an amazing job on my hands and feet.. She knows what I like and she's always patient and takes her time with me.

I was presently surprised. The guy did my favorite set I’ve ever gotten.

Do not go here. Rude is an understatement. I waited 30 minutes, then the nail tech grabbed the polish out of my hands. Then he provided me with a menu of services to choose from. I gave him my choice and he yanked the menu from my hands. I asked if he was mad about something, he said no... I'm just fast. I'll have someone else help you. I'm still waiting.... I will be walking out soon. Any place else is the best choice.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I love my nails and the pedicure was great. My daughter loves her nails too, her friend had some things she didn't like about hers, but overall is pleased. I would definitely come back again.

The reason I gave it this rating is because I got my nails done there and they were nice and all but when I went to pay it cost $90 and i was thinking that the cost was a lot more then I thought but payed anyway bc I was to scared to say something about it and I struggle to speak for myself in public. I regret not asking them tbh and I should’ve ask for the price before hand as well but I would like ur guys opinions about it.
