Excellent service tonight. Arrived 4.5 hours late on Amtrack and Apex was the only company to answer at 1am. The driver arrived when he said he would - within 5 minutes - and courteously took us to our destination at a very reasonable price (lower than the U service quote). Car was clean and neat. What more could you want?!
Apex was an absolute lifesaver when our the shuttle service we had originally booked failed us both times. Northern Arizona was experiencing extreme weather with many road closures, but Apex still came through on time and got us to the station much earlier than anticipated. Neil was very friendly, courteous, and made good conversation throughout and drove adeptly through the very snowy conditions. We are very thankful for Apex for getting us to our destination safely!
9 times out of 10 I always have issues with these people. I try to avoid them as much as possible, and only resort to their business if I cannot find a ride on any other app.
The drivers I've personally come across are rude and dismissive. Or treat you like an inconvenience. The worst part for me is that there have been multiple times I've tried to call and they are either way late to pick me up, or straight up don't arrive at all.
There is a heavy set female driver with grey hair. She is horrible. Rude and condescending to passengers. She needs to go. I called a cab for a elderly lady. This driver was horrible to her.
Nobody would answer. Called about 5 times, all went straight to voice-mail. If you don't want any business, continue what you're doing
Edit: Telling your customers to apply for the job in order to get proper service is unprofessional and not a practice you should get in the habit of. I understand being understaffed, but that's no excuse for poor service.

Fast service, waited no more than 5 minutes to be picked up. Driver was very friendly, and dropped me at my destination safely, and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but I’d use her again if I ever had the need.
