I have tried different barbers near my job and home here in Fontana but out of all the ones i have gone to, these gentlemen at this establishment have always given me by far the best cut of all. That is why i will always tip and i will continue to return here to give these guys my business. Hands down the best cut I have gotten. They take their time and make sure to pay attention to detail. These guys never let me leave unless the job is done right. Golden Shears keep it up! Great barbershop!
This place has the best to get your kids haircut! Always professional! They do exactly what you want they get it done quick! I used to go to the barbershop I used to go to the barber shop on citrus and foothill Fontana and they didn't okay but they were very slow and they charged $5 more per kid! I always wait for the guy in the corner by himself at this barbershop he's quick and does fantastic job! Thank goodness for this place!
Most barbers here are great. The cuts are really clean. Some just take too long compared to their co-workers and can also be selective with who they take. "Homies" first. First come first serve isn't really a thing here.
6/8/2020 update: Prices went up five dollars. $25 for adults and $20 for kids. They're finally using a guest list. No more wondering who is next in line. Still accepting debit/credit cards.
Great, friendly barbers that do their job well. $20 haircuts for children and men alike. No discounts for the little ones. If you visit during busy time please note who was there before and after you arrive. They don't keep a list and can be confusing as to who is next. Also, I have noticed they get a lot of appointments during peak hours. Don't be upset if you've been there an hour and someone just walks in and gets a haircut right away, before you.
Terrible experience. Should of known as soon as I called the bussiness. I asked if they did walk in or he any openings and the guys said “ nahhhhhhh “ and then hung up the phone. Still have the place a shot and made an appointment to get a haircut and was terrible as well. Fade was choppy and the trim up top was uneven. The guy cutting my hair wouldn’t stop talking to the other barbers as well. Not focused at all.
My boyfriend was getting his haircut here for the first time by a college barber named Ben Prado.
We walked in and no one was wearing a mask.
We didn’t mind, whatever, we will keep ours on.
During the cut, Ben pulled down my boyfriend’s mask and said “we don’t need masks in here bro”.
Long story short, small argument, paid and left. Place is filled with barbers who learned how to cut hair via Youtube. His combover was not tapered correctly and the lineup was horrible.
Come 1 week later, he has tapeworm on the left side of his scalp. We were able to get ointment but that shows how nasty this location is.
Best barber around came in last hour before they closed and they still took me in and cleaned me and my son up fresh … gottta check them out .. shout out to guy by the door
I take my 4 year old son here and they do a really good job. So far everyone who's cut his hair is patient and really tries to do a good job. I've been to other places who do a half ass job because they don't know how to deal with a little kid who doesn't really squirm much, if you ask me.
