Just had my eyebrows done by Mukta and extremely disappointed. One eyebrow is thin and the arch is gone. Other eyebrow looks good and what I expected. When I told her my arch was gone her response was “I just cleaned it up.” I normally wouldn’t leave a review, but eyebrows being mis-shapen can really impact your look. I would pay more elsewhere and get them done right.

I have been coming to Jodys for awhile. I trust Jody with my threading. She is gentle, quick and my face looks so much better when she is done. Jody has even cut my hair and did a great job.

Stopped by here on MLK day around 2pm. The lady who took my in did not say hello, just pointed to the chair. Never asked me what I wanted, just started. I needed a clean up, but it’s good to ask what the client wants. She was on the phone while doing my threading. Ended up leaving a bald spot mid eye brow, that is going to take a very long time to grow back. Even with that I left a tip and she didn’t say thank you. I was blown away by how unprofessional and ungrateful this woman was. I’ll never go back.

My first visit back since it reopened. I have come here for many years. Still great service and despite the closure prices were the same. $5.99 for eyebrows works for me! As far as safety goes... they have taken extra precautions to safely service their customers. Even signing in they have 20 pens for you to use then drop in a cup for used pens to be cleaned. Wait in your car or outside the salon. Only one person is allowed in at a time. My girl Jody was not in Mutka who is equally as skilled took me. My eyebrows look great again! If you havent tried this place out its a definate go to.

Both Jodi and Mukta are equally skilled. My eyebrows look beautiful when they do it. Been with them for 8years, same standard service, great job

Do not get your eyebrows threaded by Mukta (really petite lady) .. She left my eyebrows super thin and with a bald spot, really uneven .. and as previous review was talking on the phone... I grew out my eyebrows throughout Covid and was really happy with the thickness all for her to ruin them.

Super rude service. I was the first to come in and i had to wait while Mukta (hopefully i spelled it right) combed her hair. Kid u not she slapped alcohol and me and sent me on my way. I'm not sure if she just didn't like me right out the gate or if me being outside of her culture had to do with anything. Literally everyone else got good treatment. I pray this was a bad day for her. My eyebrows cute tho ???? still i ain't a mannequin ur cleaning ????????‍♀️
