Very poor customer service. I've bought several products from this establishment given the wrong ponytail color numerous of times never complained until today . I accidentally opened a products that could have been taped or damaged out, but due to poor customer services skills. Nothing was resolved but loosing a loyal understanding customer. I've was a customer for over 9 years. Owner was contacted. Sometimes you gotta look out side the box to keep your customer satisfied a regular loyal customer who over looks problems that was presented to me. All I got was a thank you and I'm sorry. One sided smh.
I come to this place pretty often and usually the people who work here are nice and helpful but today there was a new girl there that was rude and had an attitude the entire time. From me walking in the store she looks at me, the only customer in the store and rolls her eyes and continues walking past on her phone, and then when I bring my items to the counter to check out she makes eye contact with me again and walks away from the counter to do something else in the back. After waiting for a little while I realized there’s no one else working but her, I walked straight out the store. She has terrible customer service and she’s rude as hell.

We use to come to this shop often. But over the last year and a half it has changed as far as staff. Its a small store but the staff use to be really friendly and helpful.Except a few times lately with the same person. But today was the final straw. My daughter and I stopped by to get a few small items this time. There was one young lady in there that was kind of rude. I thought it was me but as I was still looking at the items my daughter came up to me and was like "I don't need anything else can we please just go". I thought because she was in a rush because she was going on a date. But when we got out side she told me that the really heavy set young lady was starring her up and down and it wasn't the first time she's done that. I said hell maybe she having a bad day but today she followed her around the store (don't get us wrong we deal in retail 5 days a week so we understand) but this chick was like making it super obvious to my daughter that like "yea I don't like you and I want to make you uncomfortable ". My first intuition was to go back in and give their products back but my daughter was like let's just go. Long story short I don't know who this lady is but Boo boo you will not have to worry about me or anyone I know to come to LIVING COLOR BEAUTY SUPPLY I have no problem spending my money where the staff/owner know how to treat people. I know people steal and are rude but you have never experienced that with us and I've spent to much money there to be treated like we are a nuisance. Don't know what your problem is and I don't care. The rest of the staff was nice.

Been coming here for awhile. No complaints. It’s small but I can usually find something. Prices are ok for the area. The ppl are friendly helpful and I don’t get the feeling that I’m being watched while shopping
They have most items you may need, but prices are more expensive than other local beauty supplies. What's most important is that it's too cluttered & crowded with items. A lot of ppl come in the store at the same time & nobody can walk by each other or get what they need. Perhaps if they minimize the island in the middle or the wig section, they can minimize the clutter.
