Had an awesome first visit! I called a few days prior to book an appointment for me and my fiancé. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated immediately. The place was absolutely spotless and all of the employees were so friendly.
As soon as we sat down, we were offered drinks. They had soda, sparkling water, margaritas, and strawberry daiquiris. The margarita was delicious!
We both got pedicures and I had a gel manicure and a shoulder massage. Prices were very reasonable for the quality.
Overall, we were so happy with our experience here. I’ve been looking for a regular nail place and I think this might be it!
Ok..... I used to go here all the time and my nails turned out pretty nice. I stopped today and had a terrible experience. I needed a fill and new polish. After 3 hours, and $69....I left still looking like I need a fill and new polish. She didn't clean the underneath of my nails, left the sides unpolished, and the color doesn't go even close to my nail bed. I cant recommend this place anymore, and I definitely won't return. If you're in Chamblee and needing your nails done, I would say go to Noir instead. Or make the 10 min drive to Buckhead and go to Lush. Thry are both close and do really nice work.. I am posting pics so you can see what my "fill" looks like.... Im really bummed.
Went Friday around 6PM to get my nails done. I asked for Gel Manicure. I felt my service was rushed the entire time I was there, The UV lamp wasn't working properly so the gel was not properly cured. Poor Quality. Its literally sunday 8PM and my nails are already peeling. Waste of $38. Will not be returning.

You walk in, and the owner, Minh (if you’re reading this, I hope I spelled your name right!) greets you with a smile, learns your name, asks what services you’d like, offers you a drink, and treats you like ROYALTY the whole time you’re there. And everyone that works there follows suit. Everyone was so polite and seemed genuinely happy to be there.
I don’t know what the magical secret to consistent, amazing, genuine customer service is, but whatever it is, they’ve got it figured out! I came in hoping they could squeeze me in for an SNS manicure (and then an eyebrow wax) with only about an hour until closing, and Minh just expressed so much gratitude for me coming in at all. SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS OF THE WORLD: takes notes from Minh! When you show your customers AND your employees that you truly appreciate them, it makes for the best experience all around.
Ok, now for the actual service—
Hands down the BEST manicure I’ve ever had. Linda was so incredibly thorough and took her time. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and she is a shining example of that. And she’s so sweet!!
I hadn’t had a mani in a loooooooong time, but she gave me claws that say “Buckle up. I’m here to take over the world!” I’m starting a new job next week and these nails are just the right shade of world conquering red.
This nail salon was also the CLEANEST I’ve ever seen (without feeling a doctors office). And so comfortable. The lighting is relaxing, the products are oh so organized (my OCD loves that), and every single customer is treated with the caring and respect that so many businesses lack. Minh chose the right name for his business- Luxury is exactly what you experience here.
Got a classic pedicure worse thing I ever got. My na was broken asked for it to be repaired $58 tech didn’t lotion my feet message nothing what type of pedicure was that. Maybe I didn’t fit the clientele or maybe because I was the first person in the door this morning very disappointed appointed with my service. All I got was sorry you wasn’t pleased with the service.
I've had three good experiences here and have even brought my mom and friends to try them out! I've always had a pleasant greeting, been offered water, and have not had to wait too long. I've had SNS, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. I'll continue making this my main spot as long as the service stays this amazing!
First time here, this place actually lives up to its name. The experience was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! The staff was friendly, AND PROFESSIONAL OMG! The SERVICE was THE BEST HANDS DOWN in 12 years of getting mani/pedi's. The manager offered drinks and displayed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is how a SPA/SALON is supposed to be! THANK YOU!
I just happened to stop in after work one day and I’m so glad I did! The salon is so clean and nice and the staff is very friendly and professional! On top of that this is one of the best pedicures I’ve gotten in a long time, I’ll definitely be back to see Deena soon!
