Went in for a gel manicure. The person that did my nails was so quick and rough. They look like my six year old did them There’s polish all over my cuticles and I had to go to the store and get remover to clean up because there was paint all over the sides. I didn’t see all the mistakes issues until I got out to the car because it was so dark and
I went there recently the service was awful the lady named nicole had a bad attitude, was rude and just seemed completely unprofessional and bothered to be doing a service i was paying for. She cut the skin around my nail and said nothing. I asked for natural and thin, got the complete opposite with an additional cut and pinch. Between the dremel destroying my cuticle and her nail stabbing into my palm, im not quite sure whats worse. Terrible service, do not recommend going there. Over priced and under qualified. Tipped out of respect for service, not satisfaction.
I come here because it’s closer to my house, there’s never a wait, and it’s always cheaper. However, the entire process is always so stressful. It’s awkward and everyone in there is dead silent and often rude. No one greets you, they just point and grunt. Every time I go there I get some sort of attitude from somebody. They go as fast as they absolutely can, being very rough, and if the design is anything other than simple you get an attitude.
It makes sense why There’s never a wait and it’s never busy
They were fantastic and love the environment and they did fantastic on my nails and loved the pedi was so relaxing... will definitely go back there again.. my new nail place
Two of the workers who opened there were late and rude, unlocked the door didn’t even greet me and the other customer waiting by the door. The workers couldn’t even say “Good morning” or tell us we can come in. They work by rotation. My nails were done quickly and rushing. My eyebrows were waxed too thin. The price was expensive. Never again.
They work really fast but the results are cheap

Great place , it's always cleaned and smelling good. There's just 1 employee a Caucasian lady she has a super bad attitude. I told her multiple times that she was hurting my nails and burning my skin she did not care what so ever. I do not recommend her. I only recommend Mary and little marry Jr.
2 days after I had my nails done and its flaking off.. It was my first time here. I have a work trip to Punta Cana..came in on Saturday 12th..the girl who did my nails was super rude. Talked to the owner the whole time. Never even acknowledged me and had a bad attitude. Here I am stuck in Dominican Republic with ugly nails. I asked her to not cut my cuticles as I get hang nails..yep..she cut them and now I have painful hang nails too. Would not recommend..and I tipped as not to be rude..should have followed my instincts. I have photos but can't figure out how to post them.
