2. Affordable prices: Unlike many other salons, Tracy's Nails is touted as being reasonably priced, offering a cost-effective option for customers.
3. Efficient service: Customers appreciate the efficiency of the technicians, with minimal wait times and quick delivery of desired nail designs.
4. Accommodating and personable technicians: JV (mentioned in one of the comments) is specifically highlighted as being accommodating, welcoming, gentle, and great with nails. This indicates a positive customer service experience.
5. Attention to detail: Several comments mention the technicians' ability to deliver a close match to the desired nail designs, showing skill and attention to detail.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistency in quality: One customer complains of a low-quality result, with nails breaking just four days after the appointment. This raises concerns about the overall durability and longevity of the salon's nail work.
2. Price increase: Another comment mentions that Tracy's Nails has increased its prices, leaving customers feeling disappointed by the higher costs for services. Additionally, charging extra for basic tasks, such as cleaning under the nails, can be seen as an attempt to upsell and may frustrate customers.
3. Inconsistent customer service: Complaints regarding certain technicians, such as chair number 6, suggest that the salon may have issues with maintaining consistent levels of professionalism and respect towards customers.
4. Lack of knowledge about customer conditions: One comment indicates that a technician failed to show empathy or understanding towards a customer's medical condition, resulting in a negative experience.
5. Limited availability of preferred technicians: Some customers may have to wait for their favorite nail tech, which could be seen as a weakness if they are in high demand and not always available.
Overall, Tracy's Nails place has some notable strengths such as affordability, efficiency, and accommodating technicians. However, weaknesses include inconsistencies in quality and customer service, as well as the recent price increase and lack of availability of preferred technicians. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Best TL Reviews
I've been coming to this place for a few times and the moment I post this review, it's gonna be my last time coming in. Very expensive for such low-expected result. I adore one of their techs there and always come to see them, but the last time I came here they were away so I said I was good with somebody else. They messed up my nails and in just 4 days, almost three nails broke. I'd never come back.
Tracys is an inviting atmosphere! Even though it’s not extra fancy like some other places its still newer, very nice and clean. Most importantly everyone’s personable here! Plus they’re not overpriced like many salons. Sometimes you might have to wait for your favorite nail tech but it’s well worth it! Plus it’s not long. Mines JV chair #4! He is kind, welcoming, very gentle and great with nails! Whenever I picked something that didn’t turn out as I envisioned, he’s accommodating enough to change it, no fuss. He just wants me to be happy. I’ve been going to JV long enough that he’s learned my style, likes and dislikes so he can help me pick out my designs when I’m undecided. I like it here! I’ve been to many many nail salons as I’m sure most of you have. Try this one!
They're very Good and excellent at being efficient. I showed them a picture and they delivered almost an exact match. There is almost no wait time, they are polite and trustworthy. Price is very inexpensive in comparison with other places.
Lena at Table 13 is absolutely amazing. I'll never go anywhere else
Tracy's nails use to have decent prices now they have you pay $50 and up even for a fill in. The worker who did my nails didn't bother to clean under my nails they wanted extra money for that. I was disappointed with the worker and their prices. ,:(
Horrible experience with chair number 6. She was very mean and rude. Didn’t listen to me when I asked for just for SHORT gel extensions.. then I asked her to just dip the tips but she did the whole nail. The nails were left squared bigger than my fingers ????She pounded on the plexi glass if she needed my attention. She told me not to move or shake my hand with the ugliest look without even knowing that I have a medical condition that sometimes makes me shake. I was spending the day with my best friend and never expected to leave tearful and sad. I wonder what was happening in her life to be so disrespectful to me.
I hadn’t been in for years and went recently for acrylics. They suggested a style after I asked for pink and white and I couldn’t be happier. I wish I lived closer as I would be a regular. It was fairly packed but I got right in no wait.
Henry at booth 4 did my nails and I love them... I brought in a picture of a previous nail design that I had and asked him to match the picture. He did them better than the original picture by putting his own twist on the design. He's nice professional pleasant to be around does Great nails and friendly.... It's a nice shop some what busy but my wait wasn't too long.. The young lady that did my pedicure ( I didn't get her name) but she did a great job... That was my first visit and I'm most definitely going back to Henry of course ...
