The guy left polish all over the edges of my fingers it looks like a child painted my nails. He also tore my cuticles up with the electric file, it hurt so bad. I have a matte top coat and you can see how bumpy the polish is, does not look smooth at all. They were busy so I felt like he was rushing to get me out of there. Really wish I hadn’t paid for this. Also when I paid- the 15% tip option had the amount of a 20% tip, yes people know how to do math! Thought that was very scheming.

I had a very bad experience. I went in and asked for a regular pedicure. She kept asking me if I wanted to do the deluxe service, even though I asked what it was and replied that I didn't want to. She kept asking even though I answered it made me very uncomfortable. Like she wanted to take more money from me. And when another guest came in, she immediately asked if the guest wanted to do the deluxe service and didn't focus on doing my feet. I noticed when another time, I came in and I saw that she did the same to another guest. I asked and her name was HELEN, she sat at number 9. She made me not want to go back and it was a pity for those who had the same experience as me.
My tech was Kathy, she had no problem with what I was asking for and did a great job. Last couple times I have went to other places and they messed my nails up I am so happy to have gone here and got someone great. Thanks!
It was like your usual hurry up place I felt rush and the no chipped manicure only last me 5 days when the pain color started to peel off. This was a Birthday gift. I won't be back to this place again definitely not for me.
I asked for almond shaped nails and half of them are extremely sharp and the others an almond shape. I did ask him to fill the sharp ones but he barely did. When he was shaping them, he CUT my finger and it bled so much, he didn’t say oh sorry, he just said it’s okay. And put glue on it.
On top of all this, he was watching the scores of games on his phone the whole time. He would stop doing my nails just to scroll through them!
Never going back.
Def do not recommend the guy at the front right did NOT UNDERSTAND PERIDOT!!!!! he also did not prime nor dehydrate my nails!!!! Def not worth $65 at all look at the pics would u guys have been satisfied???? Also feel as if they are using the illegal acrylic BECAREFUL I WILL DEF DO MY OWN INVESTIGATION OR SEND HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Like we r in the middle of a pandemic n these people straight up put u in a chair or station no wipe down no nothing!!!! HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE
I've been here a few times, and I've never had a problem.However, today I was given a nail tech that was extremely rude. It started when I told him I had changed my mind and wanted to go shorter length, he seemed annoyed by that. Then, he started to file my nails so hard that it was actually painful. I've never experienced pain during the filing so this was a first. Again, he seemed annoyed by this. Then, he asked me what color I wanted, I showed him a picture and he snapped "no, pick color from tablet". Usually the techs help me find the color or get something close to it, but once again, he seemed annoyed. THEN, one of my nails was a different shape from the rest, I asked him to correct it and he literally slammed the drawer after taking out the filing board. The whole process was uncomfortable...and my nails ended up being really thick and ugly. At that point I just wanted to leave. Best believe he did not get a tip from me. Never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience at a nail shop. If you aren't willing to listen to what the clients are PAYING you to do, then don't f*cking be there!
This place is amazing. I admit, I did have quite a wait, but they were busy. They do take their time with clients and it's apparent in their work. Definitely not a rush job like other places. I would definitely recommend this place. This will be my new spot!

I went back again and I must say I can't and won't go anywhere else! See Tech that works at station 12!
