And I'm ready for Vday! Had a design in mind and it came out better than I imagined. Found this place when I moved on this side of town and I keep coming back because of the service. I feel welcomed everytime and not rushed. Would recommend. Also had a pedicure done and was sooo relaxing... love this place.
Terrible! Had my nails done Saturday, its Tuesday now and the gel top coat is already chipping. Also asked for my nails to be done a certain design and didn't get what I wanted. The color is the same but the lady was lazy and did the design how she wanted. I'm very disappointed. Paid $36 for this garbage. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

My partner and I got Mani pedis
I had a design I wanted but they said they did not have the skill level to complete it. I appreciated their honesty and opted for just a solid color.
Everything looks even and clean on myself and my partner.
The staff were both pretty observant if anything may have not been the most comfortable without having to say anything.
They were very polite and kind.
I looked like they kept everything pretty clean. They have those bags in the tub to help protect when doing pedis which I always like and makes me feel more confident in their cleanliness. They even seemed to stagger seating for clients not sitting them where someone just say recently. They do have a protective plexiglass at the Mani stations and they wear masks.
I would go there again
I requested a design that was on the gel nails and they would not do it for me. They couldn't tell me why they wouldn't do the marble nail design they advertised on the gel nails. They did not take pride in their work. A 10 year old would have done a better job. I will never go there again!
I came in for a french tip pedicure with gel polish & I was happily greated who I believe was the manager, had a great service very clean & detailed as well as gentle, noticed I was stressed & gave me a great foot/leg massage as well as a hot towel compress & exfoliating scrub! He was very kind & so was I, I think if you go in being kind & understanding of a business you'll most likely be treated the same way, I left a great tip & I thought for the service & quality itself it was a great price & a kind experience, I'll definitely be going back anytime I'm in Tucson ????
The lady who worked on my nails spoke 0 English and didn't understand a word I said. As you can see, I'm in a cast. She was still rough on my hands after I told her she was hurting me. The pain wasn't even worth it. I've been here 3 times. My first visit was amazing, but these last two convinced me to never come back. I wasted my time and my money. Please pay attention to your employees if you want the business.
I asked for a gel removal and this is what I got.
The lady working on my nails started peeling off the gel polish with her own nails, and filing down my nails too much with the electric filer. My nails are extremely weak and brittle after this service and they continue to break more each day.
Moreover, I was charged $10 for this service.
