I stopped by with all indications the store was open, and found the door locked. I came back a few minutes later & was allowed inside. I overheard the clerk tell one customer they had a certain item. Another shopper came in & asked for " the exact same thing" and the clerk told this person that they did not have it. It seems this was blatant racism. After seeing this, I dropped my items on the counter, and left to shop elsewhere. Eastern Indian folks in Savannah should not be racist. Also, the items I almost bought were triple the price at this store.
Proximity to my house is about the only plus. Literally nothing have prices on it. No hello,very much lacking customer service. The counter is so high u can barely read the card reader to pay or see the amount. The cashier today was too busy socializing with her friends in there than anything. I'd rather visit a different location
One store was out of what my wife needed however, the sales associate call another store to check inventory. They did have what see needed!

I purchased here for the 1st time the other day. Giving a 3 star based solely on selection & the ability to move around in the store without all the clutter you see in others. However, they do watch you closely as if you're automatically going to steal just because you're a "certain race" which is not courteous at all for any business. Some of us have morals & money. Treating every minority customer who comes to sow into your business as if they're already guilty of or known for theft will eventually cause you to lose a lot in life. Neither is it a good look or reputation to carry. The owner needs to work on that representation with his/her employees through cultural diversity trainings & awareness. I won't be spending there again.
Awesome place to shop. They give military discounts and are super helpful with whatever you need. Prices are extremely reasonable and they have a better selection than most local beauty supply stores.
