I've been going for years I've tried other places but I always seem to end up back here. They never treat me any differently if they forget my face.

Lynn is amazing, everyone here is so friendly and she took her time and cared about fine details. I just got my wedding trial nails and I'll definitely be going back.
If I could give a zero I would had an appt at 1pm at 1:45pm I went for a cigarette and sat on the bench right outside came in only to have the 2 ppl after me taken. She said she looked outside for me but if she did she would have seen me as the black bench is right outside the door. They did the same thing to two other customers who walked out before me if you make an appointment you should be taken right around that time that’s why it’s called an appointment I will never come to this place
Again great experience! I've been going there for 4 months now and my nails are perfect! Strong, and last 3 weeks. No chipping, lifting etc. They are very gentle when they work on your hands too. I love it over there they are very friendly, clean and I always get right in!
I went a few weeks ago for a dip manicure. It was very crowded and very close together. I’m not usually claustrophobic but it was very overwhelming in there. We were greeted by staff yelling across the room to us. I witnessed them yell at a customer for not having cash. We got our dip and it’s been 2 weeks and I have 6 of my nails with cracks in the polish and my thumb is missing half the dip. I didn’t bang it or anything. They were fast and only did 2 dips where other places I’ve been do 3. And they didn’t even use adhesive between coats. Overall a bad experience and we will not be going back there. Not worth your money.
They chopped both of my big toes off and proceeded to use them as displays to show new clients different nail styles.
If you are a minority do not go. They told us they do not take credit card payments and they do. I saw them help a lady download the app. We pay an atm fee every time we go to pay in cash. They constantly push us aside and start other people. It took us 3 hours to get done. They tried to separate us for the pedicure in order to accommodate others who wanted to sit together. They overcharge us even though we tip well. The guy that did my pedicure was nice and he apologized for the wait. Lou use to be nice but he charged me regular price for fills. When I asked about he still overcharged me.Lou bounced around between 3 people making it take longer for our nails. Sorry I will take my $100 and my daughters $100 somewhere else...
1st visit, attended with bridal party for mani and pedi. Very impressed with professional establishment! Love my nails!
