Came in from out of town and was able to easily navigate the online website to schedule a same day appointment for mani and pedi. Jasmine was very friendly and professional. Her products were not harsh on my skin, her hand and foot massage were amazing, and my nail paint job is amazing. When I return to Baltimore this will be my go to spot!
I have gone to this salon for years off and on and never had a bad experience. There is nothing fancy about the manicures I’ve gotten, but they always focused on nail care and that was important to me. That’s why is was shocking to see a manicurist there who was not just new but didn’t appear to know what she was doing at all. From sawing my nails down to the nail bed, to oiling them before painting to a horrible polish job. She was polite and took her time but just needed some training. In addition, the salon does not have patricians between the manicurist and customer, so it is only respectful to keep your mask up when you’re that close together. I would never be that careless to anyone and I’m vaccinated and boosted, so it was just shocking to me to see her continually pull her mask down, especially since my 11 year old was also getting a service and has only had her first shot.
I loved visiting this black-owned nail salon in the heart of Fells Point that specializes in non-toxic products and polish, a win-win!
The time is 10:55am and my appointment was scheduled for 10:00am. I’ve called and left three messages and have not heard back from anyone. I received multiple text messages confirming my appointment which included the name of the person who would be doing me nails. I also received an email with instructions on where to go and park. This was a total waste of gas and time… not to mention I still have a function to prepare for so I now have to find somewhere else to go. Totally unprofessional! I didn’t want to give any stars
I was looking for a low chemical natural salon to switch to and they are also woman-owned & black owned business. My service was impeccable. They offer to the point service and perform high-quality, professional looks for your hands & feet. Whether you like natural nails or extentions you are treated with respect & given a long lasting look. Great music & vibe too! This salon is my last stop. Make it yours too.

If you are in search for a quality Black owned nail salon this is the place! Kelvina was friendly and explained the pedicure process. She asked what I was looking for in my pedicure today which was a personal touch that I’d never experienced. I booked a manicure for my grandmother as well who rarely agrees to go to nail salons, but she left very excited and happy! Thank you ladies for your service. I’m sorry I don’t remember the other lady’s name but she was amazing and patient with my grandmother and even gave her advice on how to care for her nails at home. We will be returning????
My first visit. Scheduled a mani-pedi had to cancel the pedi because the step to access the chair was extremely high and they offered no accommodations. Technician says they have had other customers Thad to cancel pedis for the same reason.
Expected more of a spa like experience visuals, fragrance, sounds, etc. The chairs were not accessible for all, either too high or too low with no arms.
