4. Positive Reviews: Despite the negative comments, there are a few positive reviews from customers who had a good experience at the salon. This suggests that Princess African Hair Braiding has the potential to deliver satisfactory services.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent Quality: One customer mentioned that their cornrows were uneven, which suggests that there may be a lack of consistency in the quality of services provided by different braiders at the salon.
2. Poor Customer Service: Multiple customers expressed disappointment with the customer service. They complained about rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff, as well as issues with appointments and communication barriers due to language differences.
3. Unprofessional Environment: One customer described the salon as having an unprofessional environment, which may create a negative experience for customers. This could be a result of the staff's behavior or other factors that contribute to a chaotic atmosphere.
4. Lack of Knowledge: Another customer mentioned that the braider did not know how to properly blow dry natural hair and left it tangled. This indicates a lack of knowledge or training among some of the staff members, potentially leading to unsatisfactory results for customers.
5. Long Wait Times: One customer mentioned that the salon tends to be busy and crowded, resulting in long wait times. This can be frustrating for customers, especially if they have simple requests or time constraints.
6. Inconsistent Service: Another customer mentioned that the staff may not always listen to customer requests and instead do the hair how they want. This lack of attention to customer preferences and needs can lead to dissatisfaction and wasted money.
In conclusion, Princess African Hair Braiding has strengths such as competitive pricing, talented braiders, and some positive reviews. However, it also has weaknesses such as inconsistent quality, poor customer service, unprofessional environment, lack of knowledge, long wait times, and inconsistent service. Improvements in these areas would be necessary for the salon to enhance its reputation and provide a consistently satisfactory experience for customers.

I just left here and I’m extremely upset! I called and asked how much four corn rolls would be and was told $40, but at checkout my hair cost $60. $60 is still a good price BUT my corn rolls are UNEVEN. The woman who did my hair acted as if she didn’t notice at first and then offered to redo them, but I didn’t have the time as I had been there since 11:15am and the time was 2:25 checking out. I said to her “I could’ve at least gotten a discount since my hair was uneven” and she immediately caught an attitude. I’m confused as to why she would have one when I’m the one with lopsided cornrolls. With all of that being said, I will no longer be coming to this location. Working in customer service isn’t for everyone and it’s definitely not for her. She braided my hair in a second room they have towards the back, so I wouldn’t go to her if I were you.
They don't deserve any star.Worst place to get your hair braided. My hair is not up to a month and more than 20 braids fell out with the roots. I was charged $200. I called them explaining the situation and the lady was like so. I am lyk so are you really telling me that. You wasted my time and money. My hair is falling out with the roots.I am loosing my hair. One fell out today. I don't recommend this place to anybody. Never!
I have mixed feelings about this place. They do really good hair! They are always busy! And packed! That being said, if you come in at a busy time for something simple like 2 cornrows They will either have you sitting for an hour or 2 or turn you away, gotta go early in the morning or during the week but definitely don't go on a Saturday or Sunday after noon
I just moved here from Virginia and Ariana braided my hair and did such a awesome job!! Light handed and super talented ! Outstanding prices and the best part was they speak French
This place is going down bad, I’ve been going here for over 10 years and the past year the customer service has gotten bad. I schedule appointments the braided either don’t show up or have already started someone else hair. They are very rude and nasty. When I finally get in the chair and ask for knotless braid this is what they do. Cathy is the only one that is nice, and professional. I’m no longer giving them my money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.
What a nightmare!
I got home and cried.
They wouldn't speak English so communication from the start was a problem. And that's coming from me an African!
The lady didn't know how to blow dry my natural hair, again they were all black women!
So she left the hair semi wet and still tangled and started braiding it, it was so painful my face turned red, the braids had swollen bumps and i finally said enough i need to stop and go!
That's the point all hell broke lose and she told her manager i insulted
her parents.... like, what!? That dosen't even make sense, were your parents braiding my hair!??
I left with my hair unfinished not knowing what the heck i was gonna do with it, but i was done! The physical pain from the lack of knowledge was one and the mental stress from the unprofessional environment was a lot!
I came for Butt Length 613 Knotless braids, same day appointment and was In close to 3pm done by 8pm. A lady name Mama did my hair, I really loved it, she did exactly what I asked for and even left my baby hairs out when I asked her too. Lol she will now be my go to for the summer… I’ve got so many compliments on my hair. I’m So happy I came across this place, good service, nice ladies. Thank you
They can be nice but they will try to charge a arm and a leg and still do your hair how they want. I asked for box braids and they sampled one. I felt it and it was just right. Then somebody else came to do the rest and man it was soooo heavy by day 4 I had to take them out or they would have twisted my hair out by the root. I feel like they made them like that out of spite. Wasted 300. I will never go back they do no care about ur hair. They blow dry and comb from the root to ends and u supposed to comb from tip to root.
