First time. New to the area. Place looked nice. The barber who cut my hair was decent. Looked a little preoccupied. Kept looking at his phone. Think it had him distracted. I'm willing to give this place another try. The other barbers that were there seem to be more on point with there client's. They did pretty good jobs. I'm gonna hold back finally judgment. I think the barber was going through it when he cut my hair.
I’ve been getting a haircut at this place for two years now and I couldn’t be happier. I would drive to Jersey City to get a haircut cause I couldn’t find any good barbershops. Till I tired this place, and to be honest this place is even better then where I use to go. All the barbers here are on point with their fades and are very friendly. The place is always clean and it’s a big space so everyone is spread out and not on top of each other. Nick is my barber and dude can cut fades are always on point always! He’s even good with kids. Got my co worker coming here also. I would highly recommend this place 5 star all day!
Did not listen to the cut I had wanted and charged me extra for shaving off my stubble that I had never asked for. The barber had shaved half of my beard off and said “do you want me to shave the rest, if so that will be $10 extra.” All around not a good experience. The shave the barber preformed on my beard had also left a rash on my neck.
I don't know why you'd go elsewhere. I go to Guido and no complaints as to his skill as a Barber... Read other reviews for details on Guido's skill. Had to sit with other barbers in his absence and no complaints with any of them. THEY HAVE AN XBOX FOR PEOPLE WAITING FOR A HAIRCUT. I thought that was way more than what can be expected from a barbershop. They're always joking with each other and everyone here is super friendly.
There is and has only one place for my boys haircut. From 2 yrs old too 11. Jay the owner is a great guy. All his staff are professional and have skills when it comes to hair.
What a stupid thing to say in one of prior reviews "don't go there if you are from dominant culture". Why people think they are better than others :(
I believe most of barbers are Dominicans and we are Asians, never they made us feel unwelcome. Great quality and neat cuts.

They drew blood in 4 different places.
I have gone to exclusive barber 5 times now. One time, Guido was awesome. That is why I kept going back, and it got worse and worse. After this latest visit, I will never consider going back. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hair establishment in 30 years.
The wait was over an hour. There was only one barber tending to all patrons. During my wait, two patrons who came in well after me were bumped up in front of me because “they only need shape ups”. Mind you, these shape ups took over 10 minutes each, and my haircut took 5 minutes. By the time I got in the chair, it was 4:00. The barber clearly wanted to go home. He took a phone call and explained that “I’m on my last one. Wait for me”. What came after that is absolutely crazy. He cut my hair in 5 minutes, full fledged cut me 4 times and ruined my beard. I had multiple areas of blood. This guy was cutting my hair so fast, that I was incredibly uncomfortable and in pain from the gashes. Not only that, after fleeing from this place, my girlfriend pointed out that he left patches of hair on my neck. The cherry on top was when he didn’t have change to give me and I was forced to leave a larger tip than I would have considered for this guy.
My entire neck has been left with insane razor burn and gashes. Worse than I have ever seen.
I went back and showed my neck and he said “you have sensitive skin”. I have had my hair cut every month for 30 years and never been cut once (let alone 4 times) or had razor burn like this.

Been coming to exclusive for over 5+ years as a local. Guido and the rest of the staff here are fantastic at what they do. Always got the cut that I needed. The prices are great and they are always fast and efficient. If I could give 6 stars I would! Definitely stop by if you have the chance!
