I ALWAYS go to Tina for my nails and get exactly what I ask for. I've always had great service and every one is always friendly. I don't understand the negative reviews on here, I've had nothing but the best experiences going here.
Waited 35 minutes for them to even start my pedicure. I was told they'd do the manicure and pedicure at the same time which they did not do. They kept asking me over and over what I had on my nails which was dip powder and they seemed very confused on how to remove it. Seemed inexperienced. The pedicure was maybe 20 minutes total with no massage. Would not recommend. When I went to get my gel manicure done the technician seemed like she didn't even know where to start. She actually threw her hands up and said some of your nails are broken like she's never seen someone come in with a broken nails before. I felt not welcomed and I should have walked out for the way they treated me. I would never recommend this place. The gel manicure I received lasted only 5 days! It was terrible! No one talked to me or engaged in any conversation with me. The worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon.
Tina!!!! Wow wow wow loving my nails. Needed something to match my baby shower and they gave me THAT. This salon is top quality all around. Love the energy, my nails, and the salon. So happy I’ve finally found my go-to! Beautiful work ladies
My daughter and I have been going here for years…..over10yrs.
This is the last time! We were charged an extra $4…. No clue why, it’s not on the price list and we received a basic pedicure. I actually thought it might be a tip??!!
I paid cash, she had to go from employee to employee to make change… no problem.
But when the older lady that did my pedicure asked for her “tip” of $5!!!
I’m done…. I’ll never return or recommend this place!!
Wynn was so gentle which made the pedicure more enjoyable! She's my go-to nail gal!
Went in today for a "gel" French pedicure and was quoted $47. When it came time to pay was told I have to pay $52. The front counter girl asked the lady that gave me the pedi why its more. She said because they had to take off my old polish. Truly they should have said that in the beginning when I asked the price. This was my 3rd visit here andI have never been charged for removal, but regardless they should have told me they NOW charge for that. I won't go back with this kind of dishonesty.
Clean, classy and the service is amazing! Laura does my pedis and fills and I get compliments every time. All of the techs are great - I bring friends regularly and we all leave happy ????
Tina the owner is amazing. I am not usually a person to stick with the same nail tech but I absolutely love Tina and her work is amazing and convenient for me to schedule with. Her staff has been there a long time and that speaks to how she treats and runs her business. Her salon is always very clean. I highly recommend this salon also Laura is great with pedicures!
