Tangles is wonderful! The people are courteous and friendly. Mackenzie is the best and everything she has done to my hair I have been extremely satisfied!! My mother also received a free cancer wig from Theresa and she was very helpful and patient. Thanks guys for everything you do❤️❤️❤️

Hannah is simply amazing. Asked tons of questions as she cut my hair because she knew I was a little scared. She took the time to get to know me and what exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her to anyone who is unsure about a new style. Thanks Hannah for making me feel comfortable.

Theresa Fenner has been styling my hair for eons now and she has always done an outstanding job. Attentive, friendly, professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make her customers feel good about their experience.

Asked for long layers and side swept bangs.... got a butchered cut with a chunk cut in front of my face. Asked for high lights and low lights and walked out with orange hair that did not even have the shampoo rinsed out, nor completely dry. My appt also took over 3 hours. I do not recommend Katie.
